Very clean. Comfortable bed. Upscale appointments.

The staff were outstanding. The rooms were very well apportioned and well kept. The pool area was a lot of fun.

Our room was not ready at check in. It took over an hour for our room to be ready and then it was not the correct room. We were only able to get the correct room after showing them our receipt. I feel like because we weren’t the typical customer there, there was no rush or emergency with us.

Possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I often stay in 5 star properties.

Our waitress at the restaurant was horribly slow, rude and overall just a bad waitress. We finished eating and she never cleared our plates. She rarely checked on us and when she did was pretty blah. They charged $16 for a glass of wine and barely poured any. My friend asked if she could get a little more and the waitress splashed a few more drops in her glass Then our room was hot. Air conditioning was set to 64 but it never got below 70. Valet services were fantastic though!!

Incredible stay! So many surprises- digital control of everything, turn down service, great concierge and bellman, car service, outstanding restaurant. The rooms are so well done- coffer bar, linens, outlets, robe, clothes steamer. I stay in a lot of hotels- major brands- but this one goes to my top for the value/amenities ratio list. Well done, staff and ownership.

Conrad Nashville is a beautiful property and the customer service was great! If you plan on coming to Nashville, stay at The Conrad which is within walking distance to downtown Nashville and be sure to make reservations at Hall’s Chophouse which is right across from The Conrad. Oh and the rooms are beautiful!!

Everything is nice about this place. The pool is nice the hours are on the sucky side because it closes early.

Awful stay. This is a beautiful hotel, but it is run so poorly that I wish I never stayed there. I could overlook the dead bug near the drapes in the room. Even the inconsistent housekeeping service wasn't that big of a deal, although it was nowhere near what I expect at this price point. The biggest issue is that their lack of professionalism and care severely endangered us. When an alarm blares and they tell you to make way to stairs to evacuate (because of what was later deemed to be a false fire alarm), you expect to be able to actually exit. But the hallway fire door was jammed and we were stuck in our room. And despite repeated calls to the front desk for help, nobody answered. We were only able to exit our room later after emergency had ended, so we were stranded terrified in our room thinking the building was on fire and we were going to die. Ruined the rest of our trip. Wish I never set foot in this place, as their lack of care and professionalism will not soon be forgotten.

Such a relaxing stay! Staff was so hospitable and kind. They made our experience so special. The ambience and cleanliness felt like it would at a spa and we felt so relaxed!

The hotel was beautiful, and we loved our room!

After booking the room, I received an email to make reservations for the pool. $250 for a cabana and $125 for sun beds. This email is misleading because I had understood that to use the pool it’s necessary to book one of these options. Other than that the stay was great and hotel very nice.

Check in was a smooth and easy process. Staff were nice. Thanks for the upgrade to my room.

Ver expensive the valet parking at the hotel. The rooms very nice but two days out of three they didn’t clean the room this is something not acceptable from a Conrad hotel, I had to call and ask why and the only thing they had to say that they we had the do not disturb light on that’s why they didn’t clean. That wasn’t the case at all.
