Check in & check out were very easy. The townhouse was very comfortable. The host was very good at communicating. Would definately stay here again.

Only 2 parking spots provided but there was plenty of parking so there was no issue. Easy to get in. Spotless and nicely set up. They provide shampoo and body wash but not conditioner. Comfortable beds. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is a great place to stay in College Station and is in a great location. Close to everything and working with Abby was amazing. She provided some great information about the area as this trip was for our daughter's freshman move in at TAMU.
My one small suggestion would be to have a outdoor table/chairs on the back patio. It' always nice to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee outside in the morning to get your day started.

I notified the host I bumped a lamp that broke, she asked if I had insurance I told her yes, she claimed over $680 of items I did not damage. She said the stove had scratches on top, the stove was not new it just needed cleaning, she put in a claim for kitchen towels that were not damage, she said I broke the kitchen table and end table which is 100% false. Be aware she claimed more in damages than my stay cost which was 100% false. I was only liable for a broken lamp.

Quick visit to see my son. Condo was easy to find. Clean. Comfortable. Close to everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is to consider a Keurig coffee maker with some pods available for the guests.Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Stayed here with the family prior to a campus tour. This condo is located very close to campus. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked, and it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

We were very happy with our accommodations in College Station. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Not sure if kitchen table might need to have screws tightened and never did figure out what was going on with the volume buttons on tv remote? But, we weren’t there to really watch tv so it was fine just a bit loud for my preference.

This condo was a perfect place for our family of four. Stayed one night on our way to our vacation destination. Great location right off the main road in a gated community with a pool. The pack and play was a bonus add for our 10 month old. The condo was clean, beds were soft, and had everything we needed. Nice modern touch to it as well. Would recommend staying here. Host was great!

I was visiting college station with my daughter while she attended various activities at the university. I was looking for a place where I could work while she was busy, but also have a kitchen and comfortable place to relax in the evenings. This property had it all! The decor is fabulous and everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was even a desk area in the hallway upstairs. We were also able to easily get to and from campus. The owner was very accommodating and even allowed us to check out a few hours late on our last day. I will definitely stay here again.
