Very nice condo unit a short distance from Niagara Falls. Quiet neighborhood. Unit had 2 large bedrooms with extra beds in the 2 lofts. The only real complaint is the VRBO description stated Washer/Dryer. There was neither. Didn't see hookups for either. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a new townhouse with lots of room for the 7 of us to spread out, The unit was very clean too. It's not walking distance to Niagara Falls, but it was a short drive.

It was cleaned generally, and it’s actually 15 minute drive to Clifton hill, not 6 minutes. Lots of room, and places to sleep. Wish there were laundry facilities but that’s ok.

The house we stayed in was perfect. It was comfortable clean and close to everything. The people of Canada are so nice and all the restaurants had great food and service.

It would be nice if in the bedrooms there was chest of drawers &/or dresser to put your clothes besides what you hang in closet so you are not living out of suitcase. We did not cook any meals so cannot give any review regarding how kitchen was stocked.

Our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) stayed 4 nights in July for our family vacation. It was convenient to access the Niagara Falls attractions, groceries, beer/wine and local restaurants. The house was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The living room had a Roku with the tv to watch anything you want during your stay (you must login to your own account). The kitchen had ample supplies to be able to cook a meal. The central air conditioning was a welcome retreat from the summer heat. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have 2 full bathrooms. As mentioned in other reviews, the back yard was in need of attention and is shared with the neighbors. So I wouldn't suggest planning to spend any time in the back yard. We had originally believed we would have access to the washer/dryer. After contacting the host, he pointed out that the listing states it's available for stays of 7 days or more. I checked the listing after that, but still didn't see that mentioned. As of this writing, the listing does indeed show this fact. Perhaps it's visible on the main website, but not on the mobile site? Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
