Great location and amazing property!

Great stay easy directions and check in/out process. Very clean

We rented this house for my family of five and the grandparents. We have two dogs. Usually dog friendly properties are not as nice as others. This property is still a very nice, very clean property. There were reviews about the train, it was not an issue for us at all over the four days. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are super comfy as well! Hannah was a tremendous host as well and very responsive.

Host is great with quick responses. Everything was as expected. Great stay!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location, and comfort of the townhouse. As well, the owner was very pleasant and understanding to work with. It was nice to enjoy a home away from home. :)

Stopped to stay for rodeo in Cheyenne! Was easy to get to and from. Had everything we needed!!

Clean and fan in each room

Pros: Hannah is fantastic and sweet! Unit is a nice size and almost new construction. Neighbors are friendly. Cons: Kitchen could use a few more items to make actually cooking for yourself work better. (Tupperware for leftovers, casserole dish, pitcher for cold drinks, etc.) Needs 2+ outdoor chairs for patio area. Not one lamp in the whole place, there should be one in every bedroom (2 in the Master) and one in the living room. Garage door opener would be nice since garage parking is required. Furniture is a bit on the cheaper side and the huge bean bag shouldn't count as living room furniture! Water pressure is pretty terrible. The TRAIN is so close its almost inside the unit and is SO LOUD. Comes through at all hours and HAS to blow its whistles several times due to two nearby intersections.

We were very pleased with this property. It is new, clean, and comfortable in a safe neighborhood.

This was great stay for us. The house was in a neighborhood we purchased a house in. So this worked out great for us while we set up our new house. Thank you again for everything

New construction and great new appliances. Good location - CSU is less than10 minutes away. Close to New Belgium Brewing. One note not mentioned is the nearby train but it is quieter upstairs in the bedrooms.

The kitchen is great to cook from in an open air environment. It’s a short 12 min drive to CSU campus. Great master bedroom and bath.

New, very clean, extra bedding was nice, spacious, reasonably priced. Heard back from property manager in a timely manner. It was a good experience.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The townhome was very clean, close to parks, restaurants & easy access to the interstate. The neighborhood pool was a plus too. Hannah was very responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Fort Collins!

The property was cute and convenient and we only had small questions or things we would’ve preferred.
