Loved the minimal decor and cosy light wooden features. Rooms were spacious for the city and very comfortable. Really enjoyed that you can monitor the washing machine status from the TV too.

Friendly staff. Well kept facility. Appreciated the luggage rack. Liked the TV VOD to let you know the status of the laundry machines.

Luggage rack can be a regular larger size.

하카타역에서 멀지않고 찾는데 어렵지 않았어요. 침구도 깔끔한 편이었구요.

룸에 물이라도 한병 있었으면 했어요.

Great location、great scent、relaxing bath

The Mountain View room has great vies, but the noise from the JR station bothers sleeping. The message in our room was less professional, they stay in our beds to message , we concerned of personal cleanliness. And one masseur was over 65 years old, so the message force was not enough.

Size of the room.

1. The location was great. Near the main station of HAKATA. (very convenient whether you travel from Fukuoka airport by bus or by subway to Hakata) They allowed us to store the luggage before check in time. You can get some toiletries/amenities eg: tooth brushes, tea, coffee at the hotel lobby. 2. Room was spacious (type A), and super clean. Water pressure very good. Room comes with air purifier/ humidifier. I like their idea of changing your bedsheet every 3 days as their routine. 3. Set Japanese breakfast for 1,300¥ is a good options for me.

I think the only minor thing I don’t like is their bathroom basin a bit too low for me.

The location is OK, near Hakata station ( 7 min walk) near by also have continent store. The room is nice and clean.. all u need for staying is at there. Staff also good mind service.

A bit annoy that every time that use elevator, it go to Lobby floor first. before go to your destination floor.

Amazing location. Located very near to Hakata station. The single bed is slightly bigger than usual single sized mattress. Booked type A single room and it was quite spacious. Can open up my medium sized lugagge bag on the floor and still have enough space to walk around.

Elevator will always stop at level 2.

This hotel is near Hakata train station, behind the main road so not too noisy. The room is big enough compares to Tokyo and Osaka. Breakfast is Japanese style and delicious.
