This is a great property! All the comforts of home and more. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch. Very quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent with Jason.

We enjoyed our stay however laundry bags which stayed on porch for a few days and deliveries we had to bring in was unusual and a little disappointing for price point. Older home with character, yard not fully fenced in. Neighborhood good if you stay heading one direction, other direction gets questionable very quickly. We had an issue with bees which reported and were told would be addressed upon check out. Laundry room and multiple baths very handy as we had our grand son, daughter and SIL with us.

Very nice house. Nice neighborhood house was clean well-maintained. Very nice. Would stay there again and host was great. And would recommend friends and family.

Wonderful weekend stay with family. We loved the porch, the fire ring outside, and the quiet street and trees. Inside was spacious and fresh and clean.

Stayed Thursday through Easter Sunday with spouse, child, MIL, and sister, and really enjoyed this property. Beds very comfortable, and neighborhood very quiet. We especially liked that one bedroom has two queen beds, allowing us to share one bedroom. Even though the square footage isn't huge, the floorplan is really nice, allowing space to hang out together or have privacy. Very peaceful home with nice natural light. The dining room was especially accommodating as we had a few other family members over to celebrate a special birthday; had room for 10 at the table. Weather kept us inside most of the weekend, but the outdoor seating spaces are also cozy. Mostly used Uber due to the rain, but Target, Trader Joe's, and other shops are nearby, and we felt safe and comfortable walking the neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond to all questions. Cute house, perfect location and fully stocked kitchen!

Very much enjoyed our one night stay at this beautifully decorated home! Beds were super comfortable and the rooms are so spacious and homey. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly and they had no problems accommodating our requests! A good choice for anyone traveling to Charlotte!

We really enjoyed our stay in Charlotte. We were thrilled to find that the house was less than a mile from Trader Joe’s and restaurants where we had reservations. The house was immaculately clean, had everything we needed and was as described in VRBO. The mattresses were a bit firm for my family however some who like a firm bed would enjoy them. Having 3 restrooms available was a big plus. Over all definitely worth the price! Thank you!

Wonderful weekend - property is just as listed. Nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee, restaurants, short drive to other areas & great front porch to enjoy your coffee in the morning! Would definitely recommend this property & would stay there again.

Super responsive host, amazing location (close to everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, and city center attractions), beautiful home with a historic vibe that is stylish and modern inside; what else can you ask for? I highly recommend it!

Power went out the first day and we ended up having to get a hotel the first night of our stay since by 11pm it was still not on. Not holding the power outage itself again the property manager but I was told consistently throughout the night that it would be on soon but it was after 11pm when we decided we better get a hotel room for the night. Property manager said we would be refunded for the nights stay but that hasn't occurred at this point. This is a good house with a great location close to a lot of things.

Great neighborhood and stay.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 plus MIL. The house was perfect, clean and updated, cozy and with all the amenities!! The front porch and backyard allowed us to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine, with the favorable Fall weather. The location was perfect and walkable to Metropolitan (grocery’s, restaurants and shop) and Charlottes greenway. We were a quick car/Uber to uptown, Southend, Myers Park, Dilworth and/or SouthPark. I would definitely rebook and will be telling friends!!!

We were in NC for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the dining room was perfect for gathering. Loved the outdoor covered porch with the rocking chairs. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hosts were great communicators and attentive! Thanks to both of them!

We’ve stayed at many hotels, condos and houses and this at the top of our list. Our kids live in NC and wanted us all in one place and enjoy the charlotte area. The neighbor was quite and close to everything you’d want to do. Communication with owner was the best and would suggest anyone liking for an awesome beautiful palace to relax book it now.
