I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo houses and this one was one of the best! The host has thought of EVERYTHING you might need for a good stay. We loved the house and it was in a wonderful spot. We walked to breakfast and the farmers market. The hideaway was behind the house which was neat to walk out to that and to hear the music, but some nights it was rather loud. She did provide sound machines and ear plugs that we used! The candle store across the road was also a wonderful spot, the kids made their own candles! It was a lovely stay, thank you!

Everything you can ask for and -immaculately clean and comfortable! Melissa is an excellent host and goes out of her way to accommodate any need. We I’ll definitely stay here again.

Everything about this house was perfect. My family and I took a road trip to New Braunfels for my birthday and stayed at this property. Communication with property manager was quick and friendly and my family could not stop commenting on how perfect everything was. The property has plenty of parking space and an excellent outdoor setup with bbq grill and seating area. The home furnishings and amenities made us all feel right at home. I would definitely come back and recommend without reservations.

We pretty much walked everywhere except the Float-In and even that was just a $10 uber ride. The decor is also SO freaking cute!! The backyard is cool too and you can hear the music from the bar/restaurant right behind it BUT somehow you can’t hear the music inside which was nice too. Melissa was easy to get ahold of and really nice. There are also some cool board games (like a vintage Backstreet Bots trivia game lol). We come to NB every last weekend in July and liked the house so much we asked to book for next year before we left. Highly recommend!

This house could not be any cuter! It had the perfect setup and they literally thought of everything! We really enjoyed the backyard area and playing the games. The location could not have been any better! We opened the back gate and had our own little dance party jamming to the live music at the bar/restaurant across the street. Would love to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Great location that had small neighborhood feel but close to everything we needed/wanted. Sitting on the back patio at night and listening to the live bands from the restaurant behind us was the cherry on top.

This house is perfectly decorated. Every detail is so thought out. We we’re provided with coffee, Nespresso, snacks. She even knew we were teachers and left us a apple streusel from the local bakery. The house has a great back patio with plenty of shade and games. Location is close to everything you would want to do. I 100 recommend this house to everyone!!!

We were in New Braunfels for a family wedding and stayed in this beautifully renovated cottage. The furnishings are even more stylish than the photos can portray, the mattresses and pillows and linens were wonderfully comfortable, and the deck was delightful. And Melissa has thought of everything! There is a wireless speaker in the living room as well as one in the kitchen--both matching the decor. There are 3 ways to get your caffeine going in the morning--and a milk frother provided as well! Accessible charging plugs, more towels than we needed, fresh microwave popcorn bags and snacks, dishes appropriate for young children--the attention to detail for making our stay comfortable went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in any rental I have ever stayed in. Most impressive, though, was that the home is IMMACULATE. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, and I have NEVER stayed in one that was so clean. Not only were there no crumbs in the kitchen drawers or cabinets anywhere to be found, the utensils were beautifully arranged. The kitchenware looked brand new. The bathroom was spotless. All of this on top of a great location with an easy walk to Krause's, the town square, and an awesome local bakery. The icing on the cake was Melissa's message on the day of our departure wishing us safe travels and instructing us to simply head out. We did not have to worry with starting the cleaning process! THIS IS A DREAM RENTAL!
