Rooms were amazing breakfast down in the market cost us $60 and the only thing good was the French toast sticks, the breakfast burritos were cold and after heating up in the microwave they were soggy. The workers wouldn’t do anything about it.

Opt for the corner room upgrade of you're going to spend any time in the room. The view is totally worth it.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are updated with great amenities. We were able to walk and dine close to the hotel several nights. It was great!

Clean & modern installations, great city views from my room

The Hyatt Regency never disappoints. Very clean facility, plenty of parking in the garage, onsite restaurants and a nice bar. We loved the 24hr market. We got back at midnight from a concert and had flatbread pizzas and was surprised at how good they were for being late night food. We also brought breakfast to the pool and enjoyed the awesome view there. The only nuissance and its not the hotels fault was the prehistoric Utah laws regarding alcohol regulation. For that alone, we will avoid Utah at all costs and not support that state.

Excellent service and the hotel had so many options for food along with entertainment. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Check in was easy. Went swimming early and was very nice. Lots of dining around area. Beautiful outside of hotel. Would definitely come back if we come to Utah again.

This is a perfect hotel. Everything was comfortable and top notch. I travel a lot and this was really a great hotel.

Brand new beautiful hotel. People were so nice. Restaurants were very good. Pool was amazing! Fitness room was amazing!

Very nice hotel with parking included. Step outside the hotel and walking distance to several great restaurants. Easy in/out parking allowed for daytime hiking trips.

We loved the view as well as the amenities. Parking is a little tricky, once we figured it out, it's fine. The downtown area, similar to other areas has a mix of excellent dining, clubs, and other wonderful places to hang out. But it also has its fair share of homeless. Use good judgment when walking around. It's fairly safe. Lots of construction happening as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very “city”- sharp, shiny, modern, business like. I prefer carpets in room and comfier pillows. Pool closed at 9:30- too early! TV was glitchy. Overall a safe and well equipped hotel- better if you have business or a conference downtown. Valet parking was only $11 more than self park- totally worth it.

In town for a week and had the pleasure of staying here. Hotel was modern, clean, pool is great as are bars and restaurants. Fantastic location, very walkable and close to the light rail. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Spent the night in downtown because we were seeing a concert nearby. Very nice to have dinner before and drinks after our concert it was a good stay

The lobby is so noisy. They should do something about it.

We tried to go to three different restaurants at the Hotel in the evening and each of them had some problem. The first restaurant was not sure if they served certain kinds of food. So they told us to try the restaurant on the 6th floor. They then told us that we coudn't eat outside (even though we could see 4 other couples eating outside). Then we went back downstairs and had to get some food from the bar which was subpar. Then to illustrate how untrained their staff is we thought we would give them a 4th try in the morning. We called downstairs for room service and asked for Eggs Benedict. The person literally said "is that some type of alcoholic beverage? The rooms were ok. Except for the fact that in the morning someone from the Hotel came right into our room without even the customary "Tommy Boy" - "Houskeeping" announcement. Not worth the hype nor the price.
