The condo was very comfortable and inviting. The hosts provided nice amenities like coffee and creamer, and other beverages. It was nice having beach items available to use. Once we parked our car we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. A lovely place.

This property was excellent for our family. There was four of us and we slept comfortable there. The couch bed was very comfortable along with the bedding. Place is close to downtown and the beach. Immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Perfect location. Hosts have thought of everything needed for the beach, cruising the town or staying in. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property, very clean and nice. It was convenient to walk to the beach but also head up to restaurants on the main street.

The location is incredible, we felt super safe, the unit was in pristine condition, and there were so many thoughtful details that really improved the quality of our stay. Great property, located close to all popular areas of city, amenities exceeded expectations

We booked this little condo with great expectations as the listing was very attractive. Once we got there, it was better than we imagined! There are so many small attention to details in everything. Complimentary wine and beer in the fridge, beautifully clean, comfy, designed well and some really over the top amenities. One of the comfiest beds we have ever slept on, softest towels, heated toilet seat… I mean total Lux! Beyond that, the location could not be better for beach access, shopping and dining. We had a wonderful time and will be booking this place again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was the best for everything we wanted, shopping dining, and the pier. Loved the nice touches with cold beverages to greet us. Having access to all the streaming services when we were ready to wind down for the night was nice too. Oh, and let’s not forget about the bike yard with a the bikes we need to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Recently remodeled and done really well. Location is right in town. Highly recommend.

Great location close to all San Clemente has to offer. Renovated converted garage space with nice king bed and great rain shower with hand held shower head also and a bench. Loved the bidet seat toilet too. This unit has only on street parking which ended up working for us. Our pups had a public grass area across the street. Nice kitchen set up with K cup coffee station or a coffee pot in cupboard if you want to make your own. Since it's a garage conversion doesn't have open windows; just a few to let light in and a side entry door with lots of glass plus a screen door to open it up. We enjoyed our five night stay!

The property is so comfy, full of amenities and convenient to both the beach and downtown shops and dining.

This stunningly gorgeous, beautifully appointed, perfectly located unit with amazing hosts Cathy, Pete & Dana, was amazing. Just completely renovated like an HGTV show house, with everything we needed right there. In the adorable downtown historic shopping, Restaraunt & Bar area & 3 blocks down to the pier, beach & more restaurants. Great sunsets & beach trail is quite a treat. San Clemente is a very friendly, laidback seaside village, wish we could have stayed longer.
