The location was good as I wanted to be close to Kelvingrove. The actual apartment is well laid out. It was clean and well furnished. However the smell and lack of hot water overshadowed all of that.

1. The entrance to the property is full of discarded furniture and rubbish. It creates a really poor first impression. 2. Once in the flat there was a strong and unpleasant smell of damp. 3. The hot water would not work and therefore we couldn't shower or wash. 4. This site is great when things go well, but call centres and no local support mean that the experience when things are wrong are just painfully slow. A maintenance man was sent out. He was very nice, but he didn't know what the problem was and didn't fix it. This meant we checked out early. 5. Cost - We checked into the Hilton for less money. I was refunded for the night I didn't stay at this apartment, but no compensation for spending time on the phone trying to fix the issues and having no hot water.
