I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host, the accommodation being exactly what was advertised and more, the proximity to Transport and places of interest such as Devon House, Bob Marley Museum, etc.and the sense of safety and security within the area.

I'm going to be 100% honest about this place. It received quite a lot of good reviews but there's no way they're all real. I'm going to tell you every detail you need to know about the place-bad and good. As bad as my stay was for many reasons, there were a few good things. The host seemed very nice and pleasant. The place itself is actually nice. Has a decent balcony and the bedroom is quite big. Pretty nice interior design too. Master bathroom is quite large and they have plenty of towels. Decent building that's gated in decent area. That's about it. Now for the bad. 1st and foremost, I booked a 2br apartment and when I arrived the host told me my booking price was for the use of only one of the rooms and that if I wanted to use both bedrooms I'd need to pay more money. Obviously that's ridiculous and completely unfair but we'll skip all that to the part where the host did not relent and forced me and my grown man of a friend to share one bed. I reached out to booking and they're supposedly going to take care of my compensation -as they themselves wrote to me that they do not provide the option for guests to book by room. In full disclosure, on the fourth night of my five night stay, the host offered to unlock the 2nd bedroom door. Obviously it was a mute point by then but thought I should mention it in all fairness. A good host would've made that offer from the start though. 2nd, if you're squeamish of bugs, do not book here! The place is flooded with these tiny bugs that crawl all over everything especially if you leave even one crumb on the table or kitchen sink. 3rd, There is no hot water EVER. If you like to take hot showers, do not book here. The water gets luke warm at best. 4th, The toilet flushes only once. You'll have to wait like a half an hour before it'll flush again. 5th, They advertise it as a penthouse/presidential suite its nothing of the sort.

False advertising was probably the worst part of this stay. That and the no A/C in the living room

The location is quite central , safe and very accessible. It is easy to walk to places if you love walking and to drive as well. The property itself was quite beautiful, it was clean and even though it was central was very quiet. Kerry was a joy to speak with and very attentive to ensure all was well throughout our stay.

Missing a coffee maker. My dad loves coffee and has all on him except a coffee maker which would be nice to have for visitors. We also had to purchase our own soap for bathing and ran out of tp so had to purchase that as well. Having spare tp handy is a good this as well but is understandable.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with air-conditioned, flat-screen TV, kitchen, and balcony. Everything was perfect. Also this property offers a free private parking. it’s We felt like at home and Kerry is so nice lady. Thanks of everything we have an wonderful time!
