Fun house for all right across street from beach.

It was a very nice area and very clean place. I enjoyed staying there but only thing I didn't like much was the price. It was a little to high.

We chose this house for a business trip where we brought along the kids and our dog. Everyone loved it! We appreciated that events were allowed, so we could host one of the evening social events. There is plenty of parking. The kids loved the bunk room.
We had no issues with crossing the road to the beach. There was a light with a crossing less than a block from the house, but traffic wasn’t bad so we didn’t need to walk down to the light to cross. Our kids are teens. If you have small kids crossing the street to the beach might be a little more difficult.
The beds were comfortable. The furniture and appliances were new and nice. The internet worked for meetings we needed to Zoom even while the kids were using their devices.
We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful beach house. Unfortunately for us it was a little chilly but we made the best of it. The kitchen was not as "equipt" as I had hoped but we made do and ate out each night.

This was the perfect 'spa' themed sleepover party for my 12 year old girl's party with her friends. They enjoyed the space so much and she said it was her best birthday ever!

My family decided to take a break from normal NYE celebrations and find a nearby place to get together and watch others do the fireworks celebrating. This condo in nearby Gulfport was perfect...and beautifully decorated. The sleeping quarters were perfect for multiple people and couples; the kitchen and living space were great for gatherings; and the beach access was just what we needed. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway!

The house was perfect for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration. Spacious with multiple living areas to mingle, inside and out, without my guests having to be on top of each other. Great gulf breezes to boot. It couldn’t have fit my needs any better than it did.
The host was responsive and attentive to my needs. I will recommend and stay here again when/if I need similar accommodations. Thank you!

Very nice house. it looks like new construction and is very clean. Definetely for the handicapped. For a house with 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, (very nice) and one with 6 bunk beds (very nice also), you would think you would get more than 2 towels, two hand towels and one wash rag per bedroom. plenty of toilet paper but not facial tissue. Very few glasses (6 water, 4 wine), plastic plates (4). Hardly any cooking utensils (ie. cookie sheet), 2 or 3 plastic bowls.
And beware, the owner does not tell you until the day before checkout, your must stripe all the beds of the linen and put them by the washer and dryer as well as towels before departing (guess their help does not do beds). Clean out the refrigerator and cabinets of all food that you may have bought.

This was so needed and so perfect. Beautiful , clean , centrally located home. The fireworks were gorgeous from the front porch. Plenty of room for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our time. 5+ stars

I have stayed at many properties yet, this one has exceeded all expectations!
Location! Location! LOCATION! Home is very easy to find. Home was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Games available for the children.
Outdoor seating was plentiful and my family enjoyed sitting out on the porch enjoying the view of the beach, beach-goers.
Rooms: two, king bed with in-suites were nice and my parents loved it: Bunk bed room was A HIT!
Kitchen: well-stocked pantry. It seems to be a pay-it-forward home. [Have left over papergoods, non-perishables, leave for the next guest].
Laundry: full-size laundry facility nicely nestled in home and available for use before departure.
Parking/lighting: plentiful and nice outdoor porch lighting when desiring to hang out on two screened in porches.

This place was new and clean! Decorated well with plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything you need. There was a pack-n-play in the closet which was nice if we needed it. We had all of our questions answered right away! There was plenty of space to park and unload. Just crossing the street and walking along that coast line was so nice! Lots of good places to eat and a good coffee at Coast Roast - all nearby! Thanks again!

Brand new Home that was conveniently located with amazing beach views. Home was beautifully decorated as well. Property owner/manager communicated well and provided all info needed in advance.

Beautiful property. Lovely host. Don't pass this one up. The owners thought of everything including the latest appliances. Two porches front and back. This property also has some impressive sound deadening that prevents road noise while still having the best beach view. Would have rated 7 Stars if available.

This was a very nice, clean house. We really enjoyed the house! The location is okay except you have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. The traffic noise while sitting on the porch was a bit much. Overall, we liked the house and had an enjoyable time.

Everything is brand new, plenty of space with amazing view. All amenities were new and the beds are super comfortable. Definitely coming back!
