Beautiful, comfortable , very clean, well equipped home! Enjoyed our stay immensely while in California for my grandson’s wedding.

The property is great, very large home, walking distance to the beach. However, we had no toilet paper in the entire house upon check-in. I notify the property manager, was informed that there should be toilet paper in the house somewhere no resolution provided. Bathroom cabinet doors were falling off. Cleaning job was average at best. If it wasn’t for the location, I would’ve rated the house much lower. Although, the property manager was fairly quick to respond. Very limited resolutions.

This place was so nice!! The photos do not do it justice! We were a group of friends (8), but the house was so spacious, we only really used 1/2 the space (and the bedrooms). Place was super clean, beach was really close, host was very responsive and checked in with us. We had a great time, hope to rent it out again.

We've been planning Oxnard weekend getaways for approximately 10 years now and this is one of the nicest, if not the nicest home we've ever stayed at! 70" wall-mounted TV, modern kitchen & bathrooms, wooden floors, seating for 8 adults at the dinner table, nice towels, beach toys, and the list goes on! We're already looking forward to our next trip! Thank you again for letting us stay in your amazing home!

Home is great with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and space for a family stay. We had three adult couples and our two grandsons and the bedroom choices worked perfectly for us. My grandsons loved the mini arcade and basketball hoops. We had family staying in the Channel Islands Harbor for the Thanksgiving week and our location was only five minutes from them. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some breakfasts and enough seating for all of us. We did not get to enjoy the beach but it was a short walk from where we were and the location is close to shopping and restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental is one of the best places we have ever stayed at great value. It very comfortably fit everyone (4 adults and 2 children), close to the beach and a large park and plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy (too big a list to share). The house was clean and communication with the owners was great. We will absolutely be staying here again.

I have rented all of my vacation homes for many years through VRBO and I have to say this house was the best one yet. These owners know the true meaning of hospitality. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and is really beautiful. It is roomy, clean and extremely well-appointed. We found everything we needed for our stay, rooms were super comfy and the gear in the garage was amazing. The walk to the beach was easy as well. I will use this home again in the future for sure! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I loved our time here! It was well stocked for every need. We cooked two meals, rode bikes, went kayaking, and had tons of time at the ocean.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our extended family of 6 adults and 2 teenagers used this home as our “base” while making day visits to the Channel Islands. It is an easy 5-10 minute drive to the either Island Packers departure ports in Oxnard or Ventura.
The house is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with very little traffic. An easy walk or bike ride (6 bikes were provided!) to nearby beautiful park with beach access.
The house itself is clean and modern, and has all the basic amenities and supplies. The beds were comfortable, showers were hot with plenty of pressure, wifi was fast. (Note: cell signal weak but not under owner control.) Highly recommend this property and would rent again.

The house was spacious with a nice outdoor deck and good proximity to the beach. No real complaints other than the pots and pans could use some updating.

Large property with a separate space upstairs for "teens" or second family if needed. Comfortable. Easy and quick walk to beach.
