The hotel is clean and nice, customers service no very friendly the hotel charge you for not booking with them, they don’t have room service, breakfast is free but is not that great overall is a good place if you already have planned what to do outside the hotel

We have a great stay at the Embassy Suites. Thanks to Raquel one of the managers. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs
10 minutes walk to eagle Beach and the food on property is amazing. Pool and jacuzzi were cherry on top

It was our first time in Aruba. Great place for family. Breakfast and afternoon drinks are great! The hotel has private beach area and is walking distance to Eagle beach. Staff are friendly and super helpful.

I liked the breakfast options that were included. This is my second time here and the staff were not as hospitable. But, I’ll give them a pass because I know they work hard everyday. When I came in June they were more excited and engaged!

Everything was good but checkin was 30 minutes late and no sort of apology and i was never told the pool would be closed, orherwise great staff.

The hotel overall was amazing, the hotel is pretty new so everything looks great. The service was good. The only detail was the bike service they use is terrible, the bikes were in bad shape and one of our bikes unfortunately went flat and they couldn’t serve us to pick us up where we were…or service the bikes…
That is not related to the hotel itself but I recommended the manager to find a better bike service… besides that the food was great! The free breakfast is very substantial and a variety of foods available over the weekend until 11:00 am which is great! The rooms are clean, and if you value privacy the location is quiet and not far from the palm beach area where all the restaurants and bars are…you can walk, bike, or scooter there in less than 10 min.
Over the afternoons they offer snacks and 2 free cocktails…
You have almost a private beach access using the tunnel with wonderful views of the sunset.

The beach is small and shared with jet ski’s who drive pretty fast pulling up to the sand. If you go when it’s empty it’s nice. In our room my son also stepped on 2 rusted nails that were attached to some piece of wood that was on the floor.

Our family spend a week at this resort at it was over all a great stay!! Very clean , spacious property with a beautiful pool and helpful staff. One in particular was a day waitress ( Martha ) that greeted us each morning and was very attentive and helpful. Always going above and beyond, really appreciate her! Also Lorraine who helped us book both of our excursions was great! Very knowledgeable and kind. Our experience at dinner was always nice , waitstaff did a great job. Only exception was checking in and out with Louianne , who we didn't feel was very clear on fees stating one amount & upon check out it was another. No accountability on her end and was plain rude and annoyed I’d even question when I made sure to confirm twice what the fees would be. I still would recommend because everyone else was great and place met and exceeded our expectations.

The staff wasnt all that helpful. You could tell it was just a job for most. They gave conflicting answers in regards to pool hours and werent willing to help with that much. The breakfast was good and the pool at night was beautiful.

15 min from the strip. The breakfast was around 6/10. The beach is not that good, better options around. The Bar was nice the grab and go coffee excellent. Store inside the Hotel if you need anything like suitcases t shirts souvenirs sunscreen is there. The Pool was amazing , room was nice all in all a new hotel with amazing facilities

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites, everything was great! The room was clean, staff were nice and friendly, complimentary breakfast was good, plenty of options and the pool was great! Perfect for my two girls who are under 10 y.o., the pool was only 4 ft. so it was so easy for them to swim. Location-wise, it was more family-friendly, it was quite and far enough from the nightlife but still walking distance if you want to go to the fancy restaurants or go shopping. The only downside is the beach across the hotel, it’s a bit rocky but you could walk a bit further or drive to Eagle Beach, it’s pretty nice. The beach is accessible via the tunnel from the hotel, I liked that it’s safe for families to
cross to the opposite side if you want to go to the beach. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Aruba!

Embassy suite is great! The pool is amazing and beach chair rentals are 5$ a day. They have floaties so the kids don't need to bring their own. Breakfast is included, and the selection is perfect. Omelet station, coffee and drinks galore. Just an all round great place to stay.

Everything about Embassy Suites was great and even better than bigger name resorts on palm beach. ES is clean, modern crisp and contemporary decor, love the apartment suites style which gives more space for family, free delicious and great quality breakfast, they also have their own quiet beach area across the road with palapas etc,, Very walkable to palm beach for eateries (we did that daily), we also walked to passions on the beach restaurant on eagle beach, ES is perfectly located between both palm & eagle beach yet quiet and away from all the noise at night on palm beach. ES has free bicycles to have a fun ride for 2hrs, also more than enough parking if you rent a car. The list goes on and on. oh yes free drinks in the evening. all these you don't get with other resorts. I definitely recommend you try ES.

I like the location and the pool. The facilities seemed were dirty (lounge chairs, rugs, towels) and the breakfast was inconsistent. Room keeping was spotty as well and did not thoroughly clean, only made the bed.
