The bathroom was not clean. There was a glob of hair in toilet and you could tell the shower was not wiped down, there were a couple strands of hair on wall and a ring from a bottle on the shelf that I tried to wipe off to see if it was stained and it wiped right off

In town for an overnight hockey trip. Hotel was very nice in a cool old building. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh, which was a nice plus since we just wanted to get on the road. We were advised on check-in to be cautious about street parking near the property due to some recent vehicle break-ins, but we had no issues. It was a short walk to Enterprise Center for the hockey game.

The welcome was unprofessional. So unpleasant if l wasn't reserve my room on line l would walked away to check in to another hotel. However on my last day
A male receptionist was very nice. Other than my unpleasant welcome, everything else went well.

The service was amazing..they was busy since it was a jellyroll concert but they still kept their smiles and stayed very polite. The room was great except finding a bar of used soap in the shower left there from the last guest.. but overall we was pleased

Good hotel in a very good location, close walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Valet parking is stupidly priced when there's a parking garage about one block away.

The toilet paper dispenser was broken and was hanging from the wall. The toilet seat was crooked so I felt the cold bowl.
Housekeeping took/discarded my receipts that were on the counter that I needed to submit for expense reimbursement. The elevator was broken so I had to climb the stairs. But no one told us so we stood there for a while first. I called the desk several times to speak with a manager and I was hung up on or placed on perpetual hold. I left messages but no one returned my calls. The chairs in the lobby were disgustingly dirty. The elevator lobby was dark and dirty. The hairdryer was dirty…

Everything was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that we booked a room with a queen bed but there was only a double in the room.

Hotel was great. Parking was not. You either have to pay $45 per day for valet or $2 per hour for meter parking on the street near the hotel.

We arrived late around 11 pm due to train delay so we didn't get to enjoy full stay for 1 day. Although, we enjoyed having 2 rounds of breakfast. Their breakfast buffet was great and worth the stay instead of buying outside since food outlets are not yet open. Breakfast service starts at 6 am to 10 am. We were glad to get to eat before going and coming back from our appointment.

Did not like the front, lobby presentation.
The seats with cushions in the lobby were stained, dirty., covered by cushions but u can see the stains.
2, there was a false alarm that announced through the PA to leave the room and take stairs. It sounded maybe 3-4 times.
I have bad knees, thank god we were staying on the third floor. It was very hard and painful getting down. When we got downstairs ivy the alley, some workers smoking outside told us it was a false alarm. My question was, just like you announced to get out out rooms, how come there was NO ANNOUNCEMENT to let us know it was a false alarm?

Stayed here for a concert. Everyone seemed to show up at the same time to check in. It was a long line and The 2 front desk workers rocked it! Both were very friendly and informative while still working quickly. As other people have mentioned…parking is interesting to say the least but we luckily found meter parking right out front for much cheaper than valet. Room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to a ton of activities.

Close to the Dome, so it was an easy walk to the venue. Valet parking was busy/crowded. So we chose to park on street. We paid parking meter for first few hours, then it was free after 7pm on a Saturday. Very clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay again.

Excellent experience! All workers were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the reservation but between the front desk and hotels.com they got us taken care of within 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was what we expected.

We came into town for a concert and the hotel was not prepared for the volume of check-in or for breakfast in the morning, by 9am they were out of most foods and silverware was limited…I think the staff did the best they could but I think they should have staffed more to account for the volume of guests.

Very cool retro/art deco. Very clean and nice people. The breakfast was gone in a few minutes. The parking was almost absent.

Service was exceptional, the room had a masculine feel to it, very comfy and clean. The kitchen had all upgraded appliances. Will definitely stay again. Would love to upload photos but it won't let me

The hotel inside was great but the location was not, as valet was difficult with the sidewalk layout and cars being stacked on the street. Staff was mostly fine except that when asked they did not disclose that there would be a 75$ pet fee for the stag and instead were surprised with this after checking out and only after I called to confirm charges as we were never sent a bill / itemized receipt.

Great hotel and staff..only complaint is we were second level right above entrance and could hear the noise out on the street/guests arriving in the early morning.
