House was extremely clean and well stocked. House was spacious and was just like being at home for our long stay.
We brought our 2 German Shepherds who loved running around in the yard and exploring.
House is very close to UF and made the back and forth to there very easy.
We will definitely try and book the house again when we go up for weekends to see our Gator.

We made reservations for this location as it was a short drive to UF. Contact with the management was smooth and we received all check in information the day of arrival. The instructions were on spot on and made it easy to find the home. The house was clean with plenty of room for a large family. Has everything you need to cook a meal and plenty of games for kids/teenagers. We found lots of restaurants around the area and Publix and pharmacy closed by. Great place to stay in Gainesville.

Spent 3 days on UF campus for preview with our daughter. Great location to access campus, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Easy access to communicate with host :D. We would stay again. Thank you!

Two families stayed, at the house (total of 11 people). Everything went great, communication with property manager was easy and issues resulting from our group size were resolved quickly and easily.

This was the perfect size and location for our stay! We loved hanging out at night on the huge deck out back under the string lights! Would definitely stay here again if we’re in town.

Great stay - house has a great layout and backyard space. Well equipped and comfortable! My favorite coffee spot a few houses away - Coffee Culture! We will be back!

This was a great property. It's close to everything. My family enjoyed the provided games in the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood and overall was a peaceful stay. The owner had great communication and will try to stay again next time we are visiting the area.

The property was perfect for our last minute get together. We had a wonderful time in the back yard and the fire pit was a real highlight.

We usually stay in hotels when we visit our son at UF, but we decided to rent a house so our dog could join us this trip. It was clean, and looked just like the pictures. The backyard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed a bonfire each night. The owners were very communicative and the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely be back in the future!

Place was great!! Clean, plenty of room, great amenities, quiet area, and great location. And the beds were comfortable, which is alway important. Easy to get anywhere in Gainesville. Also, I’m from Pa, so having a Wawa around the corner was wonderful.
The patio out back is such a beautiful space and we loved the swing hanging from the big, beautiful tree. Also loved the assortment of games to play together as a family. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

We enjoyed our time at the house. The house was clean and spacious. Would rent again.
The only thing there was no pods to do dishwasher we bought some. There needs to be restock of trash bags.

We really enjoyed the house. Kids loved having the games, we all enjoyed the space, backyard swing, and cozy couch. Kitchen was nice and big and easy to use as well.
Beds not the most comfortable ( but that is a personal preference). Overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

My large group rented this home for our yearly boardgame weekend. Not only was the home incredibly clean, but the kitchen was far better equipped than I was expecting which allowed us to prepare our own food rather than having it delivered. The beds were comfy, there were thoughtful dispensers of soap and conditioner in the bathrooms- We look forward to returning to this home again next year.

We went up for our daughters graduation and this house was located perfectly. The host was always checking if everything was okay. I highly recommend this property. Very cozy ❤️

At first glance the neighborhood and the house looks a little neglected. But the interior was very nice and updated. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were new. In all we had a very nice stay.
