Clean facilities great pool and bar as well as service. Most importantly the food was so tasty and such a variety.

Only downside was there was no beach and the hotel dies out at 11pm but there are nearby hotels with casino like the Hyatt Regis etc thank you very much

Quiero manifestar mi pésima experiencia con una reserva que hice con Booking con Código de reserva 4108357952, del 25 al 28 de enero del 2024 al Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Resort, habiendo confirmado la reserva y apareciendo con estado "Reserva Confirmada" en Booking, viajando con una amiga, en el cual ibamos a Hospedarnos en la Suite doble (Para dos personas), al llegar el aeropuerto de Aruba, migración me pidió la reserva en el Hotel, el cual se la mostré, llamaron al Hotel Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Resort y me doy con la sorpresa que ellos decían que "No existía reserva alguna a nombre mío, tras varios intentos, finalmente migración me prohibió el ingreso a Aruba y me deportó de regreso a mi país el mismo día, cabe recalcar que antes de ser deportada por migración, mi primo llamó a Booking el mismo día y booking llamó al Hotel, finalmente el asistente de servicio a cliente de booking me señaló que por un error involuntario Booking generó la reserva pero que no se procesó en el Hotel, inmediatamente solucionaron el problema pero ya me habían deportado en el siguiente vuelo a mi país y mi amiga no tuvo problemas y pudo ingresar a Aruba y se Hospedó en el Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Resort que estaba la reserva a mi nombre. Perdí el dinero que gasté en los tickets aéreos, dinero que había pagado en reserva de actividades que iba a hacer en Aruba y la pésima experiencia que tuve, esperando de parte de Booking por error de ellos, tengan la decencia de reparar los gastos que incurrí por su "error involuntario"

Clean and very comfortable room. Dinner options were decent. Mostly,friendly staff.

Some of the staff seemed very inexperienced. Nicole at front desk seemed totally lost. Some waiters walking around with plates,not knowing where to place it. Coffee machine in room is useless (coffee pads provided didn't match machine) and no option to get coffee at premisses outside regular hours. Breakfast buffet was very limited and the supposedly warm food was cold.

Eu gostei demais do café da manhã, da localização excelente e da piscina. Comida muito boa.

Eu acho que o serviço de house keeping tem espaço para evoluir.

I loved our room, it was really modern and beautiful. I loved the aesthetic of the lounge and pool area. It all felt luxurious. I also enjoyed the pool

I wasn’t a big fan of the staff. On my first night I went to the restaurant to have dinner with my husband and my two toddlers. We were told that they are only serving large tables and was unable to take our order. I have never had to experience such blatant disregard. Capitalism at its finest, why waste time on a table of four when you can serve a table of six? Right?

Everything was amazing!!!!! The manager checked on us multiple times, the staff was so nice and welcoming. Everything was delicious and the drinks were phenomenal. Rooms were very clean and modern…. We can’t say enough! Don’t hesitate, book now!
