Nice place!

Good place, nice backyard, close to center, Miami Beach, restaurants, foodshops

The house is in flight coridor, you hear each plane. Apartmant wasnt clean enouhg, we miss bedings for our daughter, missed pasword to WiFi. In the kitchen missed almost all. Anyway with few dollars the apparment should be perfect. Also the parking is expencive. I missed the information that the parking isnt free of charge and we spent lot of monay for it.

The accommodation is like the pictures show. A nice decorated flat with great area around. Everything was clean. we had a little Opossum visiting us, but besides that, it was the worst stay in our whole 6-Week US Round trip!! The district is nice and beautiful and worth an afternoon to walk around.

kitchen is a little exaggerated when you don’t get the things you need to use it. No towel, no can opener, limited pot / pan / cutlery… parking is NOT free as said in the title and this gets very expensive in Miami. It’s also nothing provided by the owner as suggested in the title. You just park on public streets. The neighborhood is very loud. There is a club next door and you hear the music till late in the night. just next to the window of the sleepingroom is a kindergarten that use to start at 9am with blasting music, so don’t expect to sleep in as well… Unfortunately the windows aren’t well insulated, something that would improve the stay massively. And you can’t open them either so you’re totally relying on the ac wich required filter maintenance and smelled. All in all, we paid much more than expected and had the worse stay in all America. The owner responded to questions quick but gave us wrong information about parking! The pay time in the whole street ist from 7am till 2am so expect to pay at least 57$ if you leave the car (more if you go to the city ). Parking near Miami Beach is 20$ for 24h. And it’s not, as parking couldn’t be arranged by the owner, there is a big parking area that can be prebooked. So in conclusion, this could be nice and the area isn’t bad as well, but it would need a bit interest from the owner side. This has been mentioned before and doesn’t look like it had changed anything at all. Without that, it’s a waste of money and you better look for something else

Given the awesome central location, we were amazed by how spacious this villa was.

It seemed like this place had very newly been set up, so there were a few basic amenities missing such as facilities to make tea, coffee and towels.

Good location

The check-in info came late and the landlord was not flexible (I wanted to check-in 2 hrs earlier to leave my luggages there and go to the town). The strong bleach smell does not mean that something is clean. AC was full of mold and the bathroom was still dirty with hair all around from the former guest. The extra bed option is actually an air mattress which was a bit leaky and had to ask for extra bedsheet, what we did not use as it did not seem really clean. The outdoor area is nice but very dirty.

IT was in a quiet neighborhood. Big place and like the photos show. A convenience store is at the end of the road to the right plus a great Italian bakery. Great Yard to chill. One street OVER to the Right is Biscayne Blv has a Free Trolley service.

This UNIT could be a 4-5 star place with LITTLE investing and trip to the Dollar Store. If you provide a kitchen then please supply the necessary Items: Can opener, had only ONE vine Glass, No Cutting Board, only one very small frying pan, no pizza pan or anything to use the oven. No stopper in the kitchen sink to was dishes. No cloths hangers, No dish towels to dry dishes, No wash cloths, No dust pan or broom. No light bulbs in the Kitchen light and light in from of Bathroom did not work? THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM needs attention it is blocked up. Owner is VERY slow to responds. We had no Idea what coffee machine it was ( no name on Machine) asked for information or Coffee, did not answer till next day. Then assuming management company brought Drip coffee instead Kuri 3 days later. Asked for more paper towels since we where there 5 days which never showed up .May want to hire different Management company. As I said with better management and 30 dollars at the Dollar Tree it would make a big difference to the Customer.
