The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of fruit and hot meals for breafast. The room was lovely and the bathroom was gorgeous - we had paid extra for a superior room with sea view.

It would be good to have a choice of wholemeal bread and skimmed milk.

The food was excellent, the facilities was fantastic,

I did not like paying £1.50 for a splash of coke in an already costly large Vodka.

What did we like? Everything! Staff, food, room, nothing to complain about, just lots of well deserved praise for everyone especially the staff in the restaurant (Ellisha? Megan?) Just keep doing what you're doing

There was nothing not to like, even though we were only there for three days very quickly felt like part of the "Belgrave Sands Family". Please don't change anything, except making it cheaper wherever possible!!

Breakfast excellent & hot , choice of food excellent & fresh & well presented, my only comment this time I didn’t find the service at breakfast as attentive, our dishes piling up as we finished them ,no teaspoons, no napkins , no chair for my wife .

Location close to the main resort and sea front. Food is outstanding Staff are very helpful, efficient, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and to a high standard.

The standard double room I stayed in had a very small shower. If you are claustrophobic like me it is not very pleasant. The super deluxe rooms are definitely worth the extra money.

The breakfast was excellent, room was amazing and staff were polite, friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be staying again.

The only 'down side' was the room was unbearably hot. There was a fan but that didnt help. Installing air con units would be amazing and would make an exceptional stay totally out of this world!

Although affordable and I always stay at the belgrave, I think it's a little to pricey. Alternative undercover parking for motorcycles.

Great location brilliant breakfast and we were really pleased with our room.

Excellent view of the sea. Clean, warm and a lot of little extras like cold water and milk in fridge:some fruit and robes and slippers. Great choice at breakfast and haddock cooked to perfection. We are great fans of this hotel. Several local people also commented that their Sunday lunch was the best in town. Hoping they keep their prices in our range so we can return.n

There was a fault on the room safe which remained incorrect but this was a very minor inconvenience.

The ambiance in this hotel is calm and welcoming. There appeared to be 'local, non residents' using the lounge for coffee, afternoon tea etc which says something about how nice the hotel is. Non residents could also use the delicious restaurant. Evening pianist, or singer most (if not every night?) nights, giving a wonderful atmosphere to a relaxed dinner.

The room and location were both excellent. The speed of table service for breakfast was also impressive.

Upon arrival, whilst we were waiting to check-in, there was only one member of staff at reception and she was holding on a telephone call. Although we were quite happy to wait to be served, she could have indicated to us that she was aware of our presence, however she avoided all opportunities for eye contact. We had a similar experience on the second morning when awaiting to be seated for breakfast. Although there was no sign requesting that we wait to be seated (there was on the first morning), several members of waiting staff walked straight past us until we finally stopped one and asked if we could seat ourselves. I also work in a customer-based industry and have found that simply acknowledging that someone is waiting, and that they shall be attended to shortly, is a great way to reduce customer confusion. One breakfast order was incorrect on our second morning.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing and can't wait to come back
