This place doesn't deserve a star. Staff was great but other than that it was the worst place i stayed, ever!!!

They need a lot of work on the entire building , housekeeping there are none, not clean or sanitary, toilet make noises all through the night and day, ac hardly works and leaking , roach infested, no ice machine, the remote never works or doesn't have one blurry picture of the TV, only gives you one towel and rag , charges a deposits for local $50 and non local $20 and disturbing neighbors and unknown knocking.

This hotel is under renovations and I will never Book again with Hotel. Com they should have known this we drove 13 hours to check in and was told no rooms under renovations . We had to drive to the hospital and sleep in the car on the parking lot. Then I have been giving the run around to get my money back . Finally disputed with my credit card company waiting on my refund

I ordered and paid for a double deluxe queen and only got a single bed room. With one pillow for 2 adults. The room was filthy. The staff was unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life, staff was very rude, all the bed sheets were disgusting, there was no towels in the bathroom, the sink was broken, tv didn’t work and when I told them about it they didn’t do anything.

Everything was horrible, the bedroom smelled so bad, the electrical outlets wasn't work and the tv either, and everyting in the hotel look dirty, bad smell and messy.

Garbage all over the place,bad odors around,the health department should inspect this place,the smell is unbearable

Hands down, without a single doubt, the worst hotel I have personally ever booked. I say "booked" because after I checked in, looked at the room, hallways, drug scouts keeping an eye out, etc... I returned the key and opted to go sleep at a walmart parking lot in my car. THAT BAD! Expedia, please do YOURSELF a favor and remove this hotel from your inventory. There is a reason why this hotel is not refundable, and thats because once you personally view it, you WILL NOT want to stay.

Booked a last minute room as a stop on a long drive and I just wanted an inexpensive room for the night with a clean bed and a shower. What a mistake! They tried putting me in room with a bed that was only a mattress and box spring, no linens. The bathroom was under construction as well and the room was dirty. I immediately told them the room was unacceptable and I felt uncomfortable and decided it was not safe to stay there. They told me they'd give me a refund but the manager on duty locked herself out of the office. She then told me to wait because she called a couple guys who were on their way to take care of me. That was my cue to leave. I felt I was being set up for a robbery, or worse. I have since spoken to them and was assured they'd refund my money but I've yet to get the refund. Orbitz has not been helpful either so I guess I got scammed by both the hotel and Orbitz. This has truly been a terrible experience.

The Hotel was dirty and poorly managed with a leaking noisy A/C.

Its one of the worse motel (its not hotel) If you looking for colder room its crazy but they turn off conditioners...all night hot and smell so bad...I don't know how is big company like you EXPEDIA working with fire place...

The condition of the room is nit as advertised. There were holes and stains on the bed sheets. An old TV and dirty sink. The room was hot and stuffy as the AC wasnt working properly. I will never stay there again and certainly wont recommend it.

Bad place to live. No phone in the rooms. No AC working condition. Motel with all pets and people hanging drinking at back door front door block entrance. Not for the family.
