Perfect little staycation spot 15 min from home in cave creek.

We loved our stay at your hotel. We were surprised how dusty the room was along with the tables by the elevators. When we had our curtains open, you could see all the dust in the room, on the pictures, on the floor, tables, etc. The tables by the elevators - you could write your name in the dust

This property was a dream. Came with friends for a getaway. Was nice to be outside of the main hotspot in Scottsdale. Area was very clean, the pool was outstanding along with the pool seating and poolside service. Staff were incredible and helpful. Need a car to get anywhere but would 10/10 recommend. The views from the hotel were also amazing. Loved staying here.

The hotel is new and very clean. I asked for a quiet room, I was on given the top floor facing the pool. The room was very spacious and clean. I felt the a/c was alittle loud. The bed and pillows were soft. The pool was a good size and considering it is off season only a few people were there which was nice to be able to read a book and not have noise. The negative thoughts were I called approximately 30minutes away and they could not tell me if I could check in early. I decided not to drive all the way there and find out I might not be able to so I skipped that and spent a few hours shopping. Keep in mind I literally saw probably 20 people there my entire visit, they did not appear busy. The checkin is a short distance from where you pull the car around. There was not a valet out at the time(5pm), it was over 100 degrees and not pleasant pulling my luggage in. The woman at the desk did not offer to help nor give an overview of where things were at the hotel. I don’t think she was rude but not trained well. There is a restaurant onsite. I did not try and they did offer music of some sort in the lobby. I would stay again and hope the staff at the desk are more helpful.

Gorgeous property with amazing staff that actually care you have a pleasurable experience. Everything was clean and beds were comfy. Booked the room with balcony and the view of the mountains were breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows made the view even more stunning. Only flaw was that the sink smelled like they were having a sewer issue. They moved us to a different room and problem was solved.

Everything was amazing except the pool service. There is an option to order food and drinks but I had to walk around to find service and it was a hassle. Otherwise the property is great.

So much thought went into the design of this hotel. The staff was exceptional. Eric sat the at th Desert Pony was outstanding.
