Stayed here to attend a wedding that was held in the grounds behind the hotel, beneath a wood gazebo. Restaurant is directly across the road in a separate building - which was the venue for the wedding celebrations - and is also where breakfast is served. Both built in traditional log cabin style, they have a lovely mountain charm. All staff were helpful and cheerful. Good bathroom facilities with hot shower.

Didn't feel vulnerable in the area, but a safe would be a nice addition.

Nice breakfast with the local specialties. Both hotel and the restaurant have a nice wooden decor. Room was clean.

The beds were extremely narrow in the Twin Room! Every time we moved we woke up because of missing space. Very uncomfortable. The mattress is not very comfy either. When you enter the room the heatings are off and the room very cold. Through the room door you could hear everything from the hall. In the hotel’s restaurant is constantly cold and everyone had to wear the jacket while dining or having a breakfast. Very disappointed because of this experience. Can’t understand why this hotel is so highly rated honestly:(

Reception lady was very nice, even her English was very poor she was doing all her best to answer all the questions and provide information.

Room was very small, had no air conditioner (but there was a fan), windows were straight to the street so it was a bit noisy. In general room was very noisy - we could clearly hear what's going on in the corridor, when people are coming back to their rooms, etc. Breakfast was very moderate, but good quality.

I liked sauna and massage.

I hated how booking of spa is being managed. We had to wait until other guest will finish, but we weren't informed about it earlier. Other guest has been late so we had to wait. It was a little stressful, something opposite, what we've expected from relaxing holidays.
