Lovely apartment right by the river and close to the newly built neighbourhood.

This is a nice get away on the outskirts of town. It is a first floor condo , so if you don’t mind others above you who are not respectful it does make trying to sleep at night somewhat difficult. Otherwise the condo is perfect for your needs . Kitchen has everything you need to cook in.

The good first. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. The view was great. Now the bad. The unit was not insulated well you could hear everything above you. The keys were confusing cause there were two. One opened the pool the other opened the laundry room and work out gym. Would we stay here again I’m not sure. We had a great time.

Very comfortable and updated apartment. We loved that it is ground floor with the desiganated parking spot right outside the door and the pool was just out the door as well.

We were initially a little annoyed about the 3 night minimum, but in all honesty we are all so glad we did stay the extra nights we had such a good time and barely scratched the surface of what all we wanted to see. The condo and city were amazing!!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The suggestions by the owners were very helpful. Not far from Broadway St. We enjoyed our stay.

It was great to be by the river and also be able to walk to Broadway and all the clubs. We really enjoyed ourselves. Went to the Grand Ole Opry and We also went up to Lost River Cave in Kentucky. Had a wonderful time. Thank you

We had the most amazing time in Nashville. The hosts were the most accommodating with change of initial plans. The place was decorated super cute and the bed was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Good location within walking distance to downtown and lots of dining options. Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed (comforter and couch could use deep cleaning), but not bad. We would stay here again.

Overall nice place. Walking distance to a few nearby restaurants. Right next to the pool. Easy parking and access. Would recommend if you dont want to be right downtown but a 5 minute uber drive away.

Cute and quaint property, just wish there was more walkable green space. Also the kitchen could use some necessities and I think the coffee was expired. But overall a great place to stay.

Everything you need is furnished. Beautiful clean house in a great location. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The only con is the upstairs neighbors were quite loud 2 of the nights. But after i contacted the owners at 1 am, it was quite after that. Would highly recommend this property

Love, love this place. The owners, Paige & Jon Mark were so very kind, responsive, and helpful. They offered many useful suggestions of the local restaurants and activities. Their home was beautifully decorated, well stocked with every thoughtful amenity you could think of, had a beautiful river front view, and was so close and convenient to everything Nashville. Itcwas a perfect stay in every way! Thank you kindly folks!

Little more construction around the area then we were expect and initial the place smelled a little stale but once we got the air moving and figured our way around it was a great time!

Although the river was a relaxing site, the condo location was not convenient for walking to Broadway or anywhere local….lots of construction and blocked views which made me feel unsafe. We were awakened by heavy footsteps on the second floor each morning and had a construction guy knock on our door to move our car (which was in our designated parking spot) early one morning….so we had to move the car to another condo’s parking spot. The condo was nice and clean but I wouldn’t want to stay there again until construction is completed. We did use Uber several times and had friendly drivers.

The condo was very clean and super nice. Unfortunately there was a massive amount of construction going on around the property. Road closures and detours made it very confusing for someone not familiar with the area. Also unfortunately for us we had upstairs neighbors that apparently partied until after 3:00 am with lots of stomping and running. It was extremely loud and annoying. But the condo itself was perfect inside and the owners communicated with us through every step easy check in and out. We would definitely consider staying here again after the construction and hopefully better neighbors.

My daughter had a soccer tournament about 45 minutes away, so we decided to make a long weekend out of it and also explore the city. This place was perfect for a couple of people. The unit was newly updated and the hosts were super responsive. We walked to a couple of things nearby or rented electric scooters to get closer to town.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The condo is pleasant, small but good for 3 adults. The location will be better in the future as things are built up but you’ll definitely want a car.
