My family and I stayed at this condo for a few days while we were in Florida moving in my daughter at Embry Riddle. It was the perfect size for 7 of us. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed while staying there. Check in and out was very simple. Staff very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Very impressed!

Wonderful vacation!

It was okay the area had a lot of damage from hurricane. Slow process of working to repair. Nothing was done the week we were there. Some parents needed control their children. Going into the game room breaking the pool sticks. In the hallway bumping into you not saying excuse me. The cleaning crew could have done a better job in cleaning

Overall the stay was good. The pool was not functioning understandably due to storm damage. There were maintenance issues that need addressed.

The property was nice. The location close to the beach and the ease of being on the first floor just added to ease of our vacation. We had 3 family groups that vacationed with us (10 people) and there was plenty of room for all of us.

If you go, plan on brining paper towels, toilet paper, trashbags, dish washing detergent and anything else you can think of because they are slim pickins but the rooms are huge, and the overall property is nice. I would not go back until after the pool is fixed, but would definitely return otherwise.

Great spot. Grocery and putt putt across street, beach on other side. Hit hard by hurricane, not fixed as of Feb 14, 2023 with orange fencing everywhere, but management was excellent.

The condo was clean. Nice decorations and the view was nice. Thank you for letting our group stay at the condo.

The apartment is so beautiful, confortable and has everything you need to enjoy and relax. We went with friends and family for Christmas and the 12 of us were really confortable. The view was awesome too. Will definitely come back! El departamento es increible! Las camas y habitaciones muy comodas, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos dias de relax y descanso. La vista hermosa. Fuimos con amigos y familia para pasar Navidad, eramos 12 y estuvimos muy comodos. Lo recomiendo y seguramente volveremos!

The apartment had everything we were looking for at cater to both adults and children the view is spectacular the cleanliness was amazing it was a very comfortable stay we have plenty of room for everyone thank you for this amazing experience PS everyone was very helpful during our stay

We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and very comfortable. The quick access to the pool and beach was perfect, especially for all the little ones!

The 2nd is first come first serve and can be tricky. There is overnight parking at the Ocean Walk Garage $20. However, this property was amazing. Super comfortable, had everything we needed, so much space! With three families nobody was walking on top of each other. Loved the direct pool access and easy beach access. So nice to have so we could come in and out as needed for food, snacks, shade. I will say there are a lot of weird noises at night, perhaps the building has old pipes. But not enough to make me not want to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful condo. We will be back - with 2 vehicles!

This property is very clean and spacious! Plenty of room and first floor was right beside the pool and a few steps to the beach. This area is a great area for family and those with small children. Quiet and away from the party scene by the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was just as advertised. My children loved being right by the pool. My only complaint was the very occasional sound of rushing water in the wall during the middle of the night (I'm a light sleeper). Overall this was a great unit at a fair price. I'd definitely return!!!

We arrived on Sunday check in was simple & easy all access codes worked properly and pick up of the garage door opener was simple the condo was clean for the most part the kitchen could have been cleaner but overall it was ok I just swept behind the can and cleaned the food off the cabinet that the cleaning service did not clean the freezer doesn’t freeze in the middle shelves our popsicles actually melted to liquid so use the top shelf or bottom drawer if you need anything frozen the master bedroom and living room have cable tv where the other 2 rooms have roku boxes I’m not sure if it works in the queen with bunk room as we had a PS4 we streamed off of however the room with 2 double beds the roku does not work we called as soon as we arrived on Sunday someone called back on Tuesday evening and the maintenance guy came out Wednesday morning and could not get it to work so they were going to bring another one out and never came back so we had no tv in that room all week Sunday-Sunday and the 3 boys ages 11-14 ended up sleeping in the living room all week so that they could watch tv the master bedroom is completely refurnished and has a double bed & king bed with 2 end tables with NO lamp the light switch controls the ceiling fan/ light so you have to pull the light chain in order for the fan to stay on I bought an led desk lamp & lantern from the dollar tree so I had light when I needed to get up during the night the couch in the living room has been replaced with a large comfortable wrap around sofa that comfortably seats 7 people the location is perfect as dollar general is across the street Winn- Dixie is within walking distance as well as other stores the pool being right off the living room and so close to the ocean was ideal my family of 7 had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again just know that you need to bring your own streaming devices for the 2 spare bedrooms & I’d suggest 2 small portable lamps for the master bedroom

Had a great time this week staying in a beautiful condo with great amenities in a prime location. It was like being at home cozy and comfortable on the beach. The staff was friendly and professional helpful. Looking forward to next year and staying in the same place. Keep up the great work!

This property was a really nice location for our family. You could walk out the back door to the community pool or head to the beach. Being on the first floor was a great experience.

Location was great for our group. Unit was clean and was perfect with the number of beds for our group. Walk out right to the pool and hot tub from the unit made it a great unit to have.

This was a perfect condo especially with having a child with us. Our stay was amazing!

Check in was very easy, contact with rental company was very easy for any issues. We did have a few small things, that were taken care of. Pool was great, ocean front out ur door straight to the ocean.

The property was right on the beach! Pool and hot tub was a great addition!! Would rent again

It was as described with access to pool and beach. Lacking enough dishes for the amount of people allowed occupancy, and some noise gettin the upstairs unit's plumbing, but it was great and well taken care of. We really enjoyed all the cooking equipment such as air fryer, crock pot, blender and Keurig. The furniture and bedding was all very comfortable and the laundry in the unit was extra convenient.

There are positives and negatives to the property, however, the positives out weigh the negatives. The access to the pool and beach with small kids is excellent. The property was as described and we had plenty of room for the eleven of us. Everything we needed was in the condo and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to stores and restaurants when you want to go out. There is also plenty of cooking utensils and gadgets if you want to cook in the condo. The negatives are that the couch in the living room was broken on arrival. I did report it and they said they were going to replace it the next day, but they did not. I tried to call and email, but I did not get an answer. In one of the bedrooms the TV did not have any kind of cable box to watch the TV. For some reason the fridge does not get really cold, it will do, but I did worry about the milk. The couch was the main issue, the fridge and TV were just minor. Regardless we enjoyed the unit and would rent it again.

Overall really good, a few minor setbacks. The one couch cushion was totally smashed- no one could use the spot. The toilet in the spare room with bunk beds did not work. Perhaps new blinds in the master would be better. We had a great time and everything we needed was there or easily accessible at the dollar general across the street. We will stay with Ocean Reality again!
