I booked the room with the illusion that I had two rooms. At check in I was told I had one and a pull out. On the last day of my stay I was told that I had access to an adjoining room. Was not able to use that room for 6 days because I was not told so. I wasted a lot of money because Marriott has a horrible customer service. They are more concerned on people wearing masks than giving people the correct accommodations. Basically I overpaid by about 30-40% because of not being able to use the room I paid for.

The location was as advertised. The only con was that housekeeping was not being utilized as a result of Covid. However, the resort was always quick to bring towels or any other needs. Would book again through this listing. Overall a great stay.

Condo and property were perfect for family of five. No real restaurants on property..but many close by. Condo was a great size with all the amenities...building very covid safe and there is testing available at property. Would recommend this place to others.

Everything was perfect resort was clean and organized. Room was perfect and exactly as described. Would return here for another trip ASAP!!

Property was as advertised as far as location and layout. It was clean and had an excellent beach area and pools. Not much happening due to COVID restrictions, but still a place where we would stay again. Also, property management contact was excellent and really worked with us on some last minute changes to the reservation.

Property is super organized, security everywhere, social distancing in place, dots on floor, arrows, hand sanitizing stations and hand washing stations are everywhere. Every employee had a mask on 100%. Very clean, ocean and pools were amazing. Could not have been happier. Very safe and clean.

Aruba is our favorite place in the world! This was our first time staying at the Marriott Surf Club and it was fantastic! Very clean and spacious rooms and the view is paradise!

I was worried I would have problems once I arrived in aruba renting not directly from Marriott but everything went smoothly we checked in and got in the room it was exactly how described. I love aruba and can't wait to return. I can say the communication I had with Sue was awesome. She responded to my emails quickly and even called me directly. Next time I visit aruba I will definitely call and book through her again.

We have never been to Aruba or used a vacation club renter before last week. Both were fantastic! Sue was more than we expected. Extremely friendly, speedy communication and beyond reasonably priced. We drove her crazy with questions and she answered them all instantly. The two bedroom villa we rented was perfect....exactly as described with no glitches at all. Staff was tremendous and catering to all our needs. Put it this way.....Marriott Surf Club will be waiting for our arrival next year!! Sue is not only first on our list but we have already recommended her to about 6 families! If you are heading to Aruba....three things will make it perfect....the island itself, the Marriott Surf Club and Sue! Book it now for the time of your life!!!!

Marriott Aruba Surf Club is the perfect resort for families of all ages. We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit through Sue of Aruba Vacation Rentals. Sue was incredibly responsive from the moment I emailed inquiring about the property. More importantly, she took the time to speak to me on the phone to discuss the terms of the rental and the amenities of the property. She assured me both my deposit and final balance would be paid in a secure manner. She further told me the units are updated and spotless. Our unit had a large living area with a dining table that sat eight. The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate in several nights-there are large, well stocked super markets several blocks from the resort. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The resort has every amenity possible-4 pools, waterfalls, a lazy river and an adults only "Serenity" pool. The beach was expansive. Although the resort was crowded, we were always able to get a Palapa. The concierge helped with booking of both restaurants (restaurant reservations are essential) and island activities. I highly recommend that if Aruba is in your vacation plans, make reservations through Aruba Vacation Rentals. Without a doubt, you will receive the best rate and service through Sue.

We tried out VRBO for the first time and this was a GREAT experience!!! Sue was GREAT to work with and they came thru for us on every request. We even had an addition and needed an extra room at the last minute and they found one for us. We will use them again in the future and we can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are looking vacation lodging/housing.

The stay at the Marriott Surf Club was amazing. The property is large with many things to do. We rented a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious for 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The kids always had something to keep them occupied and enjoyed every minute of the vacation, as did we. The owner, went above and beyond answering all of our questions and providing us with valuable insight to the island and resort. She is honest, and was very quick to answer any question that we had. Don't hesitate to rent from her. She is awesome! I highly recommend the Marriott Surf Club and can't wait to go back!

This was our first time using VRBO. We had a great experience with Sue and the property was great. I was definitely skeptical about using the service, but Sue was very open and honest and things went great from check-in through departure. She even checked in while we were in Aruba to make sure everything went well. I was very happy with our experience and I will use it again.

Sue was great to work with. Did everything she said and the place was great. I would definitely rent from her again. She even called me back after I had agreed to things and offered me a better situation - a nicer view with less cost. Can't beat that! Thanks Sue.

Sho was excellent with her prompt service, friendly personality and of course her ability to quickly book us this 2 bedroom Marriott surf club condo during Presidents week 2014. I will definitely use her service again and would recommend her for anyone to use when booking a timeshare. She is professional, polite and very easy to work with. Thanks again!
