We had a nice stay in Brighton - Babs is a courteous and uncomplicated host and the location is central and quiet at the same time.

Fabulous house, very comfortable and made to feel very welcome.

I had not stayed away on my own ever and was a bit apprehensive. Babs put me at my ease and I was able to enjoy her comfortable hospitality. .

Really enjoyed our stay - Babs the host is lovely , very welcoming and makes you feel at home instantly . Everything you need is catered for . Location was great for us as only a 20min walk to the centre or an £8 taxi ride . We will definitely be staying there again . Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful, we had everything we needed (and more!). Perfect location not far from the centre of Brighton, with good transport too. Babs is great and very welcoming, one of the best hosts we've ever had - she went above and beyond. The only problem is we didn't stay for long enough! When we come back to Brighton, we will 100% stay here again - I couldn't recommend it more!

My children and I had a pleasant experience during our stay. Room is clean and spacious. Babs was welcoming and helpful to us. I would definitely consider the property if visiting Brighton.

I was a little bit apprehensive about staying in someone's house as in the past I'd always booked the entire property. I should not have worried Bab's place is like your own little boutique hotel but a lot more friendly. Bab's makes you feel welcome right from the start even during our first email communication you could just tell she would have a great personality.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Babs gave us a warm welcome and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The bedroom was clean, comfy and homely. It had everything you needed and if you didn’t fancy relaxing in your room you could use the living room where we watched TV with Branston (the cat). The kitchen was a great space and was open to be used at any time with access to a guest fridge which was fully stocked. Babs made us breakfast on Sunday morning (a perfect cure after a drag bottomless lunch the day before) and recommended places to go in Brighton. It is in an excellent location and was only an £8 Uber to the beach front. There is also free street parking at the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here as not only is it a stunning place to stay but Babs is a fabulous host! I can’t wait to visit again. Ellie, Lydia 1 and Lydia 2 xxx

Omg what an amazing day. We cannot recommend this place eniugh the place made a weekend stay even more pleasant. Babs is a lovely host, She made sure all our needs were met. Not too far from the beach or amenities. The house is has energy vibes. If you are thinking of heading down to Brighton this is a house for you!

We had a wonderful stay in this practical and warm house. The room was bright clean and fresh with all the amenities we could wish for. Babs, the hostess, was absolutely wonderful and met all our requests with a smile and practical solutions. She made us all feel very welcome indeed. Breakfast was a delight and substantial and set us up for the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anybody wanting a very pleasant and easy stay in Brighton. We had such a great stay for the weekend, the property is lovely, bright and clean. The en suites are modern and spacious with a larger bathroom available as well as an en suite in some rooms. Babs is on hand for anything that you may require and is extremely accommodating. Ideal location only 15/20 mins stroll down to Brighton pier and the seafront. Parking was right outside and a very quiet road. Couldn't fault out stay!! We will definitely be returning :)

Our room and bathroom were clean and tidy and well equipped. Babs made us feel so welcome and we felt so at home. She went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one and we definitely hope to go back for another weekend. We couldnt have asked for better accommodation or host.

We stayed in Brighton for two nights and had a wonderful time at Bab's house. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Babs served us a great continental breakfast with everything we needed. She is a very lovely person and we could ask her for everything because she is living upstairs. If you want to spend a relaxing weekend in Brighton you have to stay at this house.

We were a group of 4 - two couples - that stayed with Babs for two nights. The place had a warm atmosphere and the host made us feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. This room had a clean ensure bathroom with shower (amazing pressure) that made the stay more convenient. Also, very bright house with lots of windows. Thw house is a 5 minute walk to the bus, which is very coveinvent for getting to city Center and the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. Would highly recommend this B&B and would stay here again! :)

with lots of food. Babs is a terrific host, who makes sure you're well taken care of. The location is not central, but not far, and has the advantage of being quiet at night. I lived six years in the area, and the bus makes it easy to get wherever. Protip: if you've taken the train into town, make sure you get a 'PlusBus', not well advertised, it's a day pass on the local buses for £3.60, about 45% off. Your room is clean and surprisingly large (it's Brighton, after all), with a well designed en suite. I didn't get a chance to try it, but Babs provided a large selection of anything you could imagine for breakfast. I'll just have to come back!
