Instructions when we arrived were clear & simple. Liked the fact we had a garage and parking space. Appreciated the large supple of dishes, kitchen utensils (& coffee filters), plenty of bathroom towels, extra garbage bags, etc…I love being able to do multiple loads of wash throughout the week… This was a comfortable condo! Master bedroom was huge, bed was very comfortable! Very spacious & family could retreat to their own spaces! Furniture was comfortable & clean. Location was perfect! Your decks overlook the waves!(bottom level doesn’t get the full effect because of the sand dunes but, we could still see the ocean and waves) It was an easy walk to the beach. You are far enough away from the boardwalk but, close enough to walk if desired! Great staff! Communicated well, responded to requests. The maintenance gentleman seemed to give his whole heart to making the facility as comfortable as possible! Customer service is a lost art these days, however, this rental has mastered it….so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

We wish there would have been screens on the two patio doors. The second bedroom double size mattress was not very comfortable. A ceiling light over the dining room table would have been appreciated as well. There were no beach chairs in the unit’s garage space. As to cleanliness: every rental I’ve ever stayed in is usually surface clean. We did sweeping and vacuuming on our last day with the broom and vacuum in the front closet. Upon moving the couches back to vacuum we saw food we didn’t have on our stay and general dirt. Being a former residential cleaner, I think the units in general should be deep cleaned between guests. It was clean but I’d just like to see a little more attention to detail. I’m giving you an honest review because you’ve asked for one. I’m not complaining.

It was clean, every bedroom had its own bathroom, it faced the beach/Gulf, and was close to the pool. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded. Loved the location of the unit, very close to the beach and pool. Condo was a great size too!

This was a great condo. It was next to the pool and short distance to the beach. We had a couple minor issues through our stay and they responded quickly both times. The master bed was soft, although I'm used to a harder bed I still slept very well. I was told the other beds were similar. I am used to renting condos with keypad entry. This used physical keys. You do have to go to their location to pick up and drop off, but that was within a 6 min drive.

Minutes from the Boardwalk/Restaurants, just steps from the beach and easy access being first floor. Trade off is less Gulf view because of the sand dunes, higher floors have complete view of Gulf.

I took my family to stay over Spring Break. Total it was 5 adults. My 3 boy are 18-24. Everybody had room with 3 full bathrooms, but the bunk beds were small for the 6 foot + men in our group. The beach was right beyond the sand hills and was great to have a full view of the gulf from either of the 2 balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even a 13x9 inch pan to be able to cook. It was nice to have the items that the previous guests left to be able to use (like coffee filters and even a couple of books to be able to read). Thank you for a relaxing space to spend time with the family.

I took my family to stay over Christmas week. Total it was 8 adults. My 4 kids are 18-27,plus 2 girlfriends. Everybody had room, 3 full bathrooms was plenty. The beach was right there, the sun was just out the balcony. Easy eats near by. The hosts were better communicators than me, had everything arranged, stress free. I really had a good time.

We had a great time. Loved how close we were to pool and beach!

Good condition. Needs a little tweeking

We hard a great time at Starboard village. The condo layout was perfect with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms for our family of 7. The pool was nice and never over crowded.

We were overall disappointed with our stay. We normally stay in the Destin area, and this was our first stay in Pensacola. It will likely be our last… The check in process was very outdated (necessity of picking up keys from rental office / two keys to keep up with during our trip/ had to return keys to office several miles away before check out/ leaving). The cleaner had not her called our room ready at the check in time. We went to the property, and she had “cleaned” but had not truly cleaned out unit. The tables, floors, countertops, etc were all dirty. There was food all underneath the sofas.. food stuck to the actual furniture.. it was gross. There were dead bugs in the kitchen drawers. Utensils and plates had dried food on them. Mold on the shower curtain. We called and new cleaners came back while we were trying to unload. They were very kind, but they still could not do the deep clean that was needed(hours of work needed to really clean). The property had ongoing maintenance the entire time.. painting, etc. sometimes they would be on a platform right outside my bedroom early in the morning. Positives- the location was relatively quiet, the beach access was easy, the pool was clean. We will not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay whole family raved about it, The location with a pool next to it and a gulf view. It was bigger than I expected. We would stay there again!

This place is so great! I'm not sure you could get any closer to the beach! I was able to go for a walk on the beach while my family slept in, great for everyone. Pool was pretty chilly but didn't stop the kids from jumping in. The space was perfect for us, teenager, 7, 5 and 3 year old. We're already trying to plan another trip! Our family loved it!!

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware - and we found some spices, coffee filters, plastic "leftover" containers, aluminum foil, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent that was left behind by other renters so we didn't need to purchase them. Even though we were told there was no beach equipment with the unit, there was a variety of beach stuff including boogie boards and a couple chairs in the garage that other people had left behind. We also found a fan in every room which was a great bonus. The unit does show some general wear as it's an older building, but it suited our purposes fine. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Really enjoyed our time there. Property needs some minor updating and maintenance but we would most definitely stay again, as is. Pool was great. Beach access was great. Parking was good and super convenient. Amenities were sufficient.
