The beds were comfortable and large, tvs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, private, fully enclosed garage. The deck was a fun place to hang out and watch the waves. It was located near some really amazing restaurants. There was a nice, huge grocery store in Gulf Breeze, which had everything we needed for the week. There are some cute shops around Pensacola Beach that we enjoyed going to. The beaches there are pristine! We took our 2 small dogs to the two dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. The West dog beach was super small, and I wouldn't go back there. However, the East dog beach was huge and we enjoyed taking our dogs there. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our pets. The only thing that we noticed was the carpet was a little worn and stained upstairs and living room furniture was a bit worn as well. However, those weren't problems that really affected us. We enjoyed going to Fort Pickens, Gulf Shores National Seashore and walking the beaches every day. It was a quiet place to get some down time for a week and would definitely recommend for people with small dogs or kids. You do have to scoop poop here and anywhere else you take a dog, even the dog beaches. There are animal control officers out at the beaches and there is also a leash law. The local residents we met were friendly and helpful.

Spectacular views with plenty of space for families. The condo was very spacious and the bedrooms were large. Kitchens was great size. Several restaurants close by. Great space to spend quality family time.

Property and surroundings was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for in October. Only issue was the beds in the room with two beds. The mattresses need replaced. Everything else was wonderful!! The elevator was a God send!!

This condo is a slice of Heaven. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach, the location was perfect, it was nicely equipped, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is nothing bad about this condo.

Great location with outstanding beach house.

Kitchen very disorganized, lots of Specialty Equipment, but not enough basics like measuring cups and measuring spoons. Couch slipcovers desperately needs washing as well as bathroom rugs. But the view was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time.

This is our families’ second stay at this townhouse. We visit the area at least 4 times per year. Our last stay in this home was two years ago. The view is still the best. The comfort of the beds and the amount of space for our family works beautifully for us. The convince of garage parking is great. The place does need a very deep cleaning. The bathroom walls beside the commodes are nasty. The vents appear black in color, however they are white. The cabinet knobs were sticky. The WiFi was THE WORST - which meant the TV was TERRIBLE (no cable). Ultimately, we were there for the beach and it never disappoints.

Rental showed some wear and tear. A few external and building items needed to be replaced/repaired. The floors could have been a little cleaner. But overall, we had a very nice time. Can't beat the location.

We have stayed multiple times in Pensacola beach, with multiple places, this is in top 3 places we have stayed in. Great location, private beach and not crowded. Excellent beach access. And always a vacation feel.

It was perfect for our family of 10. Steps away from putting toes in the sand. The private Elevator made it so easy to load and unload everything. Lots of room for everyone. Our unit had lots of beach chairs and equipment we could use. We will definitely be back.

The house was very clean and had EVERYTHING you need. Close to the beach, everything around easily accessible. Overall, the whole experience went very smooth. Would highly recommend for a nice quiet family getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous beach house on Pensacola Beach. The home was very clean, well equipped and we loved the million dollar views of the beach and ocean. The house is spacious, comfortable and just steps from the beach. The only thing that would make it better is if there were a few beach towels. We look forward to renting this unit again!
