If you want a nice place in Old Orchard Beach that is close to everything, you'll be very happy if you go with this one. Like I said, it's close to everything, it''s clean and comfortable, and has plenty of parking. My family and I were very pleased with this place and plan to rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay at the fabulous cottage. Once we arrived, we didnt use our car because everything is near of the location by walk (2 min to the beach, 8 min to the pier). The cottage was clean and pretty. It’s small but do the job for four people. The host Lanah was perfect. Good communication, very polite. We loved our experience. Thanks again for everything.

In the hustle and bustle of the main strip with many hotels/multi unit buildings, this single family residence is set back further off the road minimizing road noise and leaving room for multiple cars to park in front. It was a very short walk to the beach to go for a morning/evening walk/run or spend a good part of the day out in the sun while able to come back to the house for a meal or to use the restroom. Great communication with host. Everything was easy and no issues. Short walk to dining, amusement park, and other attractions as well.

The property was as listed and worked very well for our stay. The owner was extremely responsive! The property was close enough to the ‘action’ that we had a short walk, but far enough away that we didn’t hear ALL the guests at OOB . It is on the main road, so you can expect to hear cars and traffic, but it wasn’t overwhelming. If we plan on coming back, I would seek out this property again.

Location was good. The house was clean.The beds were very uncomfortable. The lights around the neighbors house that stayed on all night were very bothersome. Better blackout curtains would help with that.The kitchen could use a spatula and better pans. We had a two night stay and only stayed one night.

Very good location. Walked everywhere and very close to the beach. The owner was super receptive when there was an understandable appliance problem. I would definitely return.

It needs some attention and repairs and to have the supplies restocked. There was only one spoon and one bowl.

The property was clean and comfortable. I was expecting the location to not be so commercialized. It was loud with train and foot traffic.

The beach house is very clean, about 3 houses from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed on a Mon - Wed short visit in late Sept. The weather and beach were perfect.Sunny, warm and no crowds. Although the pier, most shops and many restaurants are closed either for the season or until the Thurs -Sun weekend, there was still much to do and great places to eat. We enjoyed The Shack very much and loved Ken's place. Unit has pretty much all you need. It has plenty of bath and beach towels, but does not have wash cloths, hand towels or shower mat. Eating utensils are disposable only. Room for 4 at the kitchen table and 4 more at the picnic bench outside the bedroom door. We didn't have any neighbors on our visit, but if we did, it may have felt uncomfortable as the small deck with picnic table is the end of this property. Good place for 2 - 4 adults. Sleeps more, but with 2 small bedrooms and a small living room/kitchen it could feel crowded if there were more. We would happily stay here again.

The walk to the beach was short. Inside of the house was very nice!

We stayed here for a small bachelorette getaway and it was perfect! The house was clean and in such a great location! The parking was the best I’ve ever had at a beach house and we were not even a 2 minute walk to the beach! I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage! Just a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

If you're going to Old Orchard Beach and looking for a beach rental this is a great location. Had everything we needed. Restaurant and beach are so close. Wish there was a privacy fence in the back. And there is now a picnic table instead of the dinette pictured. We had a lovely time.

We love staying here. Property is always clean and has everything we need. So close to the beach we can park the car and walk everywhere we need to go. We look forward to going back next year! Thank you

This cottage is very well located, near to everything. It is not directly on the beach so you will not have an ocean view, but the beach is just a corner away at about 2 minutes of walk. It has all the amenities you need for a family. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend that place.

We stayed during the July 4th holiday, and it rained most of the time we were there, so It was nice to stay in a private property and not at a hotel with loud drunk people. The place was nice, comfortable and very close to the beach - just a short walk. The walk to The Pier is a bit longer. We would definitely stay here again! Very responsive host as well.

We had a weekend stay to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It rained the entire weekend, so we were so thankful to have this camp. There's a nice open kitchen/living room area with plenty of seating and room to move around. The beds are very comfortable as well! We'll be staying again, hopefully during better weather next time.

It was a great place to stay you’re literally a minute walk to the beach. It is right on the strip so traffic can be a bit busy going by. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

The property was great with easy beach access. Our stay was just before the busy season started so it was a very quiet and relaxed environment.

Wonderful little house right around the corner from the beach. Walking distance to downtown. Place was clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was sufficient for our needs

overall the stay was good. close to the beach and pretty clean. We got there with no idea how to get in, untill we called vrbo to find out we missed an email to get the code to unlock the place. Not to bad. the place looks like iit could use some work to make it look better, but all in all a decent stay.

Great experience. Perfect location! Would definitely stay again. Just a few suggestions- air conditioners in the rooms, it got hot and the one ac in the living room didn’t cool the bedroom very good. The couches in the living room were not very comfortable. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable.

Location was fantastic, furniture could use some updating. Only stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper.

We were a group of 4-5 extended family and friends. It was perfect for us. We had everything we needed so that we could enjoy the beach each day and visit each night. Everything was provided as described, and the location was perfect.

This was our second year staying in this house and we are so pleased! She does all she can to make it easy for us which is especially nice coming from away.

Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. We walked everywhere due to the great location. It’s about a thirty second walk to the beach and seven minute walk to the old amusement park. Cute backyard that my kids loved playing in when we weren’t at the beach.
