Condo was beautiful and location was fantastic! It was hard to have to leave it to go home.

Condo itself was great. Parking is a huge problem that would prevent another stay in this building. Ten story, 60 unit condo building with maybe 75 parking spaces available. Security guards have been hired by building manager to manage parking daily until 10PM.

The condo was exactly what it is described as and pictured. It was beautiful and spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was close and convenient. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to others!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We had one issue with a broken toilet handle late one afternoon and someone came out to repair it early the next day. We already have reservations for next year.!

The area didn't have as much as I thought it would and the beach was dirty. But the room itself was nice, even though our washer didn't work so I ended up having to wash clothing by hand in the sink.

My party of 5 stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving. The check-in process was seamless and the condo was even better than depicted. The building is quiet and conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shops. We will definitely look to reserve this property again when we return to the area.

Condo was extremely spacious. We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 children. We never felt cramped and everyone had room for privacy. The condo was well stocked. We loved the location and being in a quiet area of town. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The garage parking is extremely nice, especially when it decides to rain! Over all we throughly enjoyed this condo, however there were a few issues. 1) cleanliness- the condo was not up to “my”standard of clean. It was not nasty by any means, but there was trash under/behind the bed, and under the couch ( I.e. Diet Coke can, wrappers, etc) The bottom drawer of the fridge had been removed and placed inside the laundry room. Not sure why it was left out, but I was able to put it back inside the fridge. The couch decorative pillows appeared to have food on the back of one of them. Our biggest issue was when removing the sheets/bedding during checkout, we discovered the mattress on one of the full size beds had a MASSIVE urine stain on it as well as what appeared to be a blood stain the on the mattress. It was absolutely disgusting! We did not find this stain until we were checking out. Otherwise, we would have notified management earlier in the week. 2) the condo has a unique smell. Almost like it had been closed off for some time. Outside the mattress, everything else was easy to clean up and fix and didn’t take away from our enjoyment.

Spacious and beautiful condo. Very clean and kept well. Decor was very welcoming! We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool area was large. Property was also kept clean and felt very safe during our stay. Thank you again!

1st time renting a condo for vacation and we loved it. It was clean, spacious, quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Pictures were on point. Would definitely return.

Over all this unit was very nice and convenient our only problems were we couldn't connect to Wifi and we didnt have reception in the unit. They would also shut down the hot tub when kids got in that weren't supposed to be in, that was just a bummer for the rest of us. But over all a great stay

My family has vacationed is Daytona Beach for almost 20 years, and as our family has grown, the search for a condo to comfortably accommodate everyone has been a challenge. The Sanibel is a very clean and quiet facility and the three bedroom unit we rented this year was fabulous. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessities. We had a minor issue that required a call to the rental agency and the situation was remedied quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be returning to this condo in the coming years.

Location was great! Being right on the beach was so convenient. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo was large and spacious. Plenty of room for 2 families of four. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Our stay was very pleasant. The unit had plenty of room and access was easy once we memorized the door codes. No issues with the unit and the other guest were nice and it felt secure and safe.

Loved it. More than enough elbow room for my husband, our 2 sons (20 and 8), my very particular mother in law, and myself. Clean, spacious, close to attractions, easy to access beach, pool area, and game room. Highly recommended

Our family loved our stay At this condo. There was so much room to spread out. we had four teenage girls with us and a 10-year-old boy. The location was perfect for us on the quiet side of town and the beach being right by the no drive side of Daytona was great! The balcony was huge. Beds comfy, kitchen very well stocked, washer and dryer worked great. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean, spacious, and plenty of room for the 10 of us. It was exactly what the picture showed. It was close enough to bike week adventures but far enough away to have some quiet time. I would highly recommend this location!!!!
