Unit was perfect as advertised. We were a family of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. Top of the line finishes even with the pool/beach access under construction which was communicated well before hand. Would definitely return.

Overall very nice property. There was construction outside the unit. However, this didn't disrupt our experience. Awesome view and great location. The unit was set up nicely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the sunrise every morning over the ocean. Property management was super helpful when an issue arose and they remedied the situation very quickly

This property checked all the boxes for staying in the area. Close to everything. We had one major issue with the linens on the bed, they were blood stained which grossed us out. The management company did come the following day to exchange the sheets. Then we were good. The pool was out of commission due to the hurricanes in 2022. Overall was a good stay.

The Condo we rented was BEAUTIFUL. Could not ask for anything more. The management at the Aruba was TERRIBLE.

Stay was Average at best. Not as nice as Condos we have stayed at in Daytona Shores before and it was Much more expensive. Thought this time we would pay more to have a More luxury place but the only plus was that it had larger rooms which was nice but not worth 2 times the price in our opinion. Other notes the Main TV in family room was not working due to no HDMI cord. Batteries missing from remotes. Water filter in Fridge expired, Dining Chair was dangerously loose and overall the unit was not a clean as we expected for a Luxury Condo. These items were fixed on Monday of our stay but Saturday and Sunday we did without. The biggest problem with the room was the Master Bed was literally on the Floor! The Frame was Missing! We found it in the Closet in broken pieces. The rental company, although Very Nice, (everyone we spoke to in the offuce was very nice and couteous) did nothing about that problem. And only agreed to refund 200 dollars on the last day of our stay after a few more calls. Hoping this is helpful to others considering a stay. We will not be staying in another Oceans Luxury Rental condo again.

Loved everything about my vacation. Easy to reserve my condo. Communication with the realtor was top notch. They always kept in touch letting me know everything from start to finish. Condo was lovely. Exactly like it was advertised. Had all the amenities we needed. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
