SM Mall across the street, otherwise, this is just simple condo hotel

This is Condo Hotel, how this establishment can be rated 5 STAR in booking.com ? This is misleading ! This is maximum 3 star condo hotel in this area.

I liked this room so much I enquired at reception if they had any similar rooms for annual rental. It was like staying in a nice one bedroom condo. Well worth the money.

Everything was as I expected.

Location because it;s near where I was supposed to go.

The place has an amazing roof top bar and the staff there are super friendly. A shoutout to one of the bartender "Peter", he became my friend on the first day and he suggested me so many amazing drinks. I used to visit almost daily to the bar and ask him to serve me something new and he never failed to impress. There is also a mall just opposite to the place, super convenient to get anything and everything you need. If its late hours, then you have 7 eleven at the facility to quench your midnight cravings.

Hugely disappointed with house keeping. Even after repeated reminders at front desk, they forget to clean the room, refill water bottle etc. Imagine returning at 11pm from work just to find out your room was not cleared and on top of that you dont even have drinking water.

We traveled Philippines for 1 month and visited Coron, El Nido, Balabca, Cebu, Siquijor, Siargao, and Manila. We were very happy with the location of this hotel as there were a lot of shops, restaurants reach by walking distance.

I was scared of cockroaches as there were many reviews, but actually, I didn't notice one. The price is obviously too high as you just get a simple double room.

In room 2206, the aircon leaks. The price is too much as we only need the room to sleep with only plated breakfast There are no sleepers No extra pillows No iron No water for the stay. No hair blower The tv operation is hard.

The location

The room is lacking. There isn't phine to call the reception. We need to go all the way down from 23rd floor to ground every single time we need something. No blower, the staffs especially the cleaning people, are so unaccessible. We were 4 pax in the room. We paid for an additional mattress, but they did not give us extra pillow and bedding. Isn't it understandable that we need pillows and blankets too? Im not staying in this hotel anymore .

good location to access SM AURA, nice view from master bed room and swimming pool.

water drain in shower room was very bad. Living room and kitchen were not enough space.

Staff was friendly. Walking distance to alot of places such as groceries, shops, bars, restaurants.

Deposit on booking.com is 2000php but the hotel asked for 5000php deposit The clothes dryer didn't work properly. No hair dryer. A couple of cockroaches I had to kill.

Bed was very comfortable Right next door to a shopping mall 7 eleven next door Nice pool with fantastic view Staff were very polite especially the door staff

No coat hangers in wardrobe Had a washing machine but no way of hanging up washed clothes as there was no drying rack Stayed 1 week and no offer to change towels Had a single hob cooker but no pan to cook with Tiny cups & bowels which held very little All the mod cons of a nice hotel without the benefits of being in a hotel TV in each room but unless you had a Netflix account or just wanted to watch YouTube it offered nothing Only 1 pillow each but this is obviously personal preference

Hotel is still a work in progress,toilet paper and other stuff missing in the room.Check in/out very slow and annoying
