We were unable to make it through a CO pass due to snow and the pass closed. Had to stay at another quality inn. Contacted the property immediately and told our request for a refund of payment would be passed on to the manager. Several days later we have not received the refund or communication from the property.

It was ok a little dated and noisy area but not bad for the price

Excellent for sleeping in and breakfast.

A little outdated. Our rooms both bathrooms the painwas chipping in both showers. Refrigerator didnt work and we found mold in the bottom of the Refrigerator. When i addressed it at checkout, she simply stated. Ill tell the house keepers..

Clean room with comfortable bed. The love seat was old and uncomfortable to sit on. All of the electrical outlets were inconvenient places. Shower water temperature was lukewarm.

We had electric bicycles locked to the back of our vehicle overnight in well lit security guarded parking lot. We went out in the morning and bicycles were gone. The staff was apologetic but not helpful even though they had cameras in the parking lot. Could not seem to find any helpful footage.

Good location. Older building but fairly well taken care of. The continental breakfast was mid. They had eggs no meat. Had to give my girlfriend meat after breakfast.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Solid breakfast- waffles, cereal, milk, eggs (but no bananas or yogurt). Lots of homeless in the nearby area but property was well-lit. Room was spacious!

Convenient to sights in Colorado Springs

Staff were all very friendly. I’m handicapped and asked for an easy first floor room. They were happy to accommodate and wanted me to be aware that is were all the pet friendly rooms are and would that be okay. I said, no problem. If I’m honest, I was a little nervous it may smell like pets, or I may be hearing dogs howl at night. No problems whatsoever! The room was meticulously clean, no odor and I never heard a pet once. I did see a few outside. The only thing I was missing was a meat protein and a banana at breakfast. The coffee was good. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, no problems. The hallways were'nt vacuumed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was full.

Fast, easy check in, polite staff and the bed was super comfy.

Good overall, but the breakfast let it down, cost engineered to a fault. Was hungry and in a hurry so are it anyway, but not great.

The female who checked us in was not very pleasant. Room was pretty nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It was less than a couple of blocks from I-25 but highway noise was minimal, and quiet. I appreciated the fact that it was a non-smoking property, the room felt fresh (air) and the beds were quite nice. The room was spacious and never felt cramped. The amenities were all there and the pool looked very nice. They were able to accommodate my request to look either towards the mountains or the pool and I got the pool view - which was nice as the mountain view also overlooked parking areas. Appreciated the iron and board, real hangers, toiletries, and hair dryer. I didn't hear noises from other rooms or doors shutting and I had a room very close to a stairwell. The only negatives about this place was the slightly dreary appearance of the outside of the lobby, it could use a fresh coat of paint, and the breakfast - the oranges/tangerines were starting to get dry, but on the plus side, they had a nice assortment of teas, and it seems as they monitored the supply of coffee so the thermos pots did not run dry. At check-in, the lady was quite busy, but she got to everyone as quickly and politely as she could. The staff were unfailingly polite and addressed everyone with "Ma'am" or "Sir", very nice. All in all, it was a good and safe place, and for the price, quite nice. I've stayed in other properties that were more costly and not as nice by far.
