Our stay was amazing. Service was great plus the room has been remodeled and it was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, huge and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

They came to knock in our door at 830am.about checkout.. had never had that happen in any hotel since checkout time is at 11. .felt like they kept looking at us everytime we would be going to our car was uncomfortable.

We didn't end up staying here. We got to our room and there was a roach in the tub and end table by bed. They switched us to another room and there was a roach on the bed. Ronnie at the front desk seemed like he didn't believe me but here are some pictures. I didn't get a Apology or anything ! I would not recommend this hotel

We rented two rooms for a family vacation and it was a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool and hot tub were clean. We would definitely stay again!

Lots of bugs but it IS New Braunfels. Our room key would not work every time we returned to our room so that was annoying. It’s summertime but they did not have the room cool when we arrived so it took a while to cool it. Cheap.

The breakfast was sub par. If the main food is going to be waffles- they need two waffle makers - people standing in line forever to make them. Rest of breakfast offerings were pitiful- not much there. Glad brought my own bread to toast. Greeted by staff - when checked in - asked 3 times if had pet. They also need to segregate pet rooms from other rooms. A dog barked the entire daytime hours we were there.

This property surprised me. I was very hesitant to stay at a Days inn thinking it would be old, musty and dirty. This location was clearly been updated / renovated. It was extremely clean, had new hard flooring versus dingy and dirty carpet, it was a very spacious room, was clean and had an updated look. Highly recommend.

To begin with, let me start with the point that this place is not a five star hotel. In my opinion the key for any business is that they must have good costumer service, which wasn't very apparent throughout my visit. The front desk ladies were rude for no reason. The price I paid included breakfast and they never mentioned that when I checked in and I didn't ask them either due to their attitude. If you don't care how to be treated go there, if not go to a different place.

At first site room look nice then I took a shower and all three walls had hair on them. My granddaughter got up at night to go to the restroom and ran back to tell me there were roaches I had to go kill them so she could use the restroom. Window shades make room nice and dark. Location great close to Schlitterbahn and restaurants. But not sure we would go back there

Would never stay there again! When we got to the room there was hair on the wall in the shower, the sides of the shower were slanted at an angle that made it almost impossible to set your shampoo and other products on there. The second day we found bugs on the floor of the bathroom, they were alive on/under the bath mat. The fridge had a plastic wrapper left in it of some kind and the microwave was dirty. There was also weird black streaks on the sheets. I woke up with two bug bites and I’m not sure where they came from. I was told conflicting times about when breakfast ended by the staff causing us to miss breakfast both days. The rooms door was also not flush against the door frame, there was light coming in from a big gap in the lower left corner making me feel unsafe. I will never stay there again! And it is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not, it’s layout is that of a motel.

I specifically requested a room near the laundry room. The girl at the front desk had no idea, what I was requesting, what I was saying. Gave me a room, no where near the laundry. Overall rude check in transaction.
