Property is right off the water which was beautiful. The facility was clearly in process of being renovated so the room was nice but other areas needed work still. It was a very peaceful place to stay.

The first room they gave us had a door opening to the psrking lot and cars were parked wothin10 feet of room so it was not comfortable opening blinds. The room was too dark. However the staff found a room on second floor eith balcony forvthe 2nd thru 6th night

Love the design of the hotel. Nicely wrapped around a beautifil courtyard.

Pool was good. Courtyard area nice. Lights not working in hallway, dark. Doors to out side not locked/safe. Did not need key. Room smelled old and musty. Our room was listed as”River view king. No or very little view. Bottom level only had view of cars in parking lot. Noisy too.

Nice little hotel in the area we were looking for! Decent price. Very pretty late behind it!

Only thing I didn't like was that I reserved a room with anticipation and had it on hold for me as we were visiting and attending an important family event and our room was not ready past 3:30 pm Luckily front desk lady was very helpful founding a spare room

This is a very nice hotel and super comfortable. Staff was very accomadating.

They let me upgrade, which was wonderful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place was pretty dated and could use some remodeling as it looked rundown. Tried to do laundry, but there’s only two washers and two dryers and both dryers are broken. The staff was pretty friendly

Our toilet was making a very loud sound. Asked the front desk to send someone to look at it 4 different times. No one ever came.

Hotel is not kept up well. Lights that don't work, the "restaurant" is a joke. The staff was nasty. Would nev er stay there again.

Room was amazing , we didn’t expect to have the nice door directly to the patio. Really nice location, close to some restaurants (walking distance)

Great location. But hotel and rooms need a lot of little updates. We had little flies all over our window screen and huge chips on the cabinets

We had a river view room. It was a pleasant room. The bed was comfortable and loved the balcony. Staring at the river drinking my coffee in the morning was very nice. It was quiet enough but you can still hear the road out front, not horrible though. Checking in and out was a breeze, no issues. Decent restaurant in walking distance and a restaurant on the grounds but only at specific times. Didn't eat there, ate at Sterlings, yum! I would suggest a grab bar in the shower, that was weird. Nothing to hang on to when washing your feet. That was scary. I'm a small person but have issues with my balance. All in all it was and is a good place to stay. We have stayed here before but I have never left a review :)

This Holiday Inn was ok, we really only slept and got ready there. However they only have one elevator by the lobby. It did smell in certain hallways and outside of the Hotel next to the restaurant next door. Just as an FYI the hair dryer is in a black bag that says hair dryer on it as you walk into the room hanging on a hook, it is not in the bathroom. This Hotel is ok, it isn't anything fancy, stains on the hall carpets. There signs for telling you where your room is, they don't have all the numbers on the sign. We stayed in room 245 and the sign said 0256-0287 rooms go left. 0201--225 to the right.....so if I am staying in room 245 which direction do I go??? but like I said we were not in the room a lot

it appears that junior staff managing the front desk need a better understanding of why the hotel has policies in place, not just what those policies are. The hotel grounds were clean and everything was nice but the hot tub was in deplorable condition. So very dirty and smelly. I wish that was as clean as the rest of the place.

Great stay no problems

Was there only one night. There was a concert going on across the street that was loud, but stopped playing at 9 pm, thankfully. I had a long day and was in town to visit a brother in ICU at hospital.

The cost was pretty high for the amount of days we stayed. But overall it’s really close to everything, clean property and helpful staff.

The room had a stinky smell and was making noises.
