Had to stay here after flight delays. Staff was nice and accommodations were good as well

Nice and clean

When I went to breakfast on my 3rd day. One of the staff told me I had to pay $12 cuz I was part of a group. I told him I have been here for the past 2 days and handed my ticket without question. He was very argumentative. Instead of asking me if I was part of this certain group, he just assumed I was with a certain group. He was very unapologetic. When I went to the front desk to discuss this with the front desk staff they seem not to care. I will think twice before I book a room here again. I came to town to a family reunion, specially after losing my mother last year, here in St Louis.

Rude staff, cleanliness, run down

The pool was a major reason we came here but it was cloudy and so cold we got hypothermic after just a few minutes. Could’ve stayed somewhere cheaper and had a better pool. Seriously could chill out on the a/c. No need to be 65* inside.

Airport Shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate - good food and friendly staff.

A very nice hotel with a ton of amenities. The location is perfect and the staff were great. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever came back to St. Louis.

Property was nice and rooms were clean but pillows are an issue. Square and uncomfortable. So random.

We enjoyed the pool

First night there was an issue with the toilet as it did not want to flush. We booked this hotel thinking it had free parking but we ended up paying for it. The ladie at the register were very nice both times and very patient with my family and I. The second stay, the room was clean but the bathroom had a used shower loofah sponge from the previous guest hanging from the hotel supllied body wash and the bathroom walls were filthy. The do not disturb sign was also dirty. Breakfast was not that great the food was pretty but the taste was not there. The water jung we got our water from didnt have any orange or lemon slices in it which was fine but there was still pulp in the water that made it unappetizing.

I had a seizure, while talking to my friend on the phone and she called 911, and I was taken to SSM Health DePaul, for a few hours, I'm so thankful for the staff's checking on me when I returned and during the remainder of my stay, thanks again

It was a nice property but the staff was not very friendly and seemed to be bothered when you asked them for anything.

Sink clogged up, vanity is falling apart, room smells . Entire facility just need upgrade and better upkeep

The room had bed bugs…. I do not recommend them.

Our room hard soaked carpet in front of the window. The wallpaper above the window is falling down and has mold on it. The room smells like mildew. When I checked out, I explained to the lady about our room and she stated we always have problems with that room! Room 643!

Nice rooms

This place needs some updating! Please know you will have to pay $10 a day to park. On top of that, the parking tag they gave us never worked, and we had to call the lobby every time we wanted to come and go.

This hotel stole my money. My family and I stayed at the property for one night and they charged $44.69 (Atrium room charge) for something we didn't purchase. When I called the front desk of the property after checked out, the front desk agent informed me they will email their manager to have the charge waived next day. Guess what a couple of days later, nobody called me back to let me know the status of refund. So then I called the property again, the front desk agent told me the same thing which "I'll email the manger to get it waived since you didn't purchase anything at the property" and promised me they will either call or email me with the status of the refund later the day. Guess what a day later, still nobody called or emailed me with the status. This is ridiculous!!!!! How could your property place the charge on my credit card without my consent. This is criminal and unethical! I'll never stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. My only complaint is they do not have free parking at the hotel even if you pay for a night’s stay. It was an additional $10 fee.

Bar tender 25 minutes late. When first food order arrives she yells at staff and goes to kitchen. All other orders take much time. I waited one hour for my cold sandwich. Away from bar most of the time. Very poor customer service.

Great service at check in, nice room, pool area was too open so the area was chilly. Warmer water would have been nice. Food was good but a little pricey. Bartender was terrible!
