Friendly and very helpful

Stayed there for 2 nights, the hotel was pretty comfortable.

Convenient location on the edge of Williams. The building is a bit run down and the bed old and uncomfortable as little support provided. This has put me off Comfort Inns.

Mid priced hotel. Very comfortable beds and accommodations. Very small bfast area with eggs,sausage, waffles and most anything you could ask for. Greeen water in the indoor pool but overall a good deal.

Clean, good breakfast, great location. When we were here the guest laundry was out of service and we had unfortunately been planning on it. Both machines died earlier that day apparently? There is a laundromat in town but the timing didn’t work with us with last wash load at 8:30pm. If you don’t need laundry it would have been great value!

The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and super helpful! I really enjoyed my stay—the room was cozy and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable, just like a dream! However, I did notice that the towel seemed a bit worn, and the bathtub could use a little sprucing up. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

We stayed 2 nights pre- and post- visit to the Grand Canyon. The location was very convenient. The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful.

The stay was excellent. We arrived late in the night, and the front desk personnel were very helpful in getting us checked in and pointing out different food opportunities for the time of night. The breakfast attendant was very responsive to cleaning up a spilled plate and quickly handled the issue of the spoiled milk.

Very nice hotel at a great price. Location was perfect for going to Grand Canyon, about an 1 hr drive, and visiting local attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I was greeted with kindness from the get go. Everything was explained to me by Cookie after she knew we hadn't stayed there before. That was very thoughtful and detailed. Not something I've ever experienced at other hotels. I do wish hotels would figure out how to secure the drapes to keep them from blocking the ac. The windows weren't locked which i though was weird but i simply locked them. No harm no foul. We checked out at 4am to get back on the road and the morning attending was just as pleasant as Cookie.

It was great! The attention was excellent! From its location, you can walk through town and go to different places in no time! There is a cirle k on walking distance, and a safeway. Breakfast was better than expected, it was really good. The pool is indoors, it looked really nice, too bad we didnt have a chance to try it. In general, everything was really good.

Average hotel

Staff was friendly but the keys to the room and to get into the hotel were always not working. We had to get them rekeyed 3 times and our friend twice. We thought it was us but saw at least three other people having trouble so don't think it was us.

EV charging available and convenient, but unexpectedly the Tesla Destination charger was $0.55 per Kwh. More expensive than a supercharger.

There is now a 15 dollars per room per night charge. Only use credit cards as you will get huge random charges that are returned 7 business days after resolution. The town of Williams is nice and the commercial places are very friendly.

I arrived tired and would like to drink a cup of coffee and the coffee maker was dirty, the refrigerator did not freeze

Rooms need upgrades, beds are old bathroom light/fan is very niose and so is the air conditioner, towels are old and and look dirty, on the positive side staff is very helpful and friendly

WARNING- BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! When we first checked in, got to our room and the room had not been cleaned. YUCK. Went back to front desk and gal gave us another room. That room had urine all over the toilet and floor. Used my own cleaning supplies to scrub the toilet. Office said there was nothing they could do abòut it. Went back to the room only to find out our room key is not working. 3 separate hikes to the front desk later we finally get a key that will work. Again office said nothing they can do. We had a room with 2 beds- the first bed had bed bugs all along the mattress edge. The mattress had blood stains and urine stains on it. The sheets were stained and yellow in color in some places. There was long black hair all around on the bed sheets. Unfortunately the pillows matched the bed. My daughter and newborn Grandbaby stayed in a separate room. Their room was cleaned when she checked in. Upon further review of the beds, sheets, pillows and towels they too had the same biohazards as the first room including bed bugs on the mattress. Some one also tried to break in to her room. Office did nothing. We are not rich people and with no refund we were forced to leave and just drive home. Rather than risk bringing bugs and disease back to the rest of the family.

Our room was nice. The drains in the shower and sink drained very slow. Our key took several times to get the door unlocked. Breakfast was very good…scrambled eggs; sausage, variety of cereal, waffles plus more. The dining area was very cramped.

It was great! Exactly as stated in the description. Walking distance to all activities on Route 66. Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean. Shows they care about the hotel and customers mers. We will be back!
