I read the other reviews. People need to understand - you get what you pay for. We knew it wasn’t a five star hotel and it was completely fine! An abnormal amount of people are very upset about missing baseboards and stains. Listen, our sheets were clean. The towels were clean. The room was spacious. Checkin was easy and it was cheap! The clerks were nice. And they offered breakfast. And McDonald’s was right behind the hotel. Other than that, who cares? If you want all the extras. Pay the extra!

Very dirty conditions. No phone cord on the phone. No remote control to the TV. Tub was backed up. Sink was backed up. Breakfast was horrific! Upstairs tenants were loud all night and I could hear every footstep they took creaking across the floor. If I could rate this stay less than a 1, I would have. Will never return. I felt unsafe and unclean in the room and left at 5am with no sleep.

The hotel is quite old and rustic, but it serves its purpose of being close to Kolob Canyons/Zion NP. The check-in/out service was excellent, as was the included breakfast.

The place is run down, hot tube was under construction and the reason we picked this place is because it said open until midnight. Checked in and then went to our room only to walk in on a naked man getting ready to shower. Had to go back to the lobby and get reassigned a different room. Very bad way to start a trip.

Clean older hotel that is mostly renovated. My room was missing the base boards on the wall and the faucet dropped, but otherwise it was comfortable, quiet, and surrounded by food places including 24 hour tacos. Prices are perfect and for a couple days stay I would stay there again no problem.

Upon entering the room noted lack of baseboards that were previously taken off. Behind the front door there was wall damage that was repaired with packaging tape. In the bathroom, the tub has black stains(?) In it, looked unclean. The bathroom door at the bottom is coming apart, from humidity when bathing. The absolute worst was the black stain on the washcloth which I hadn't noticed until too late n had used it to wash my face. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. It had been held in place with, again, packaging tape which was still attached. The bed was old and way springy. Thankful it was just one night.

There was nobody at the desk when we arrived at 11 pm. I called the handwritten phone number left. No answer. I googled a phone number and got a reservation line, googled again and tried a different local number that rang to the desk I was standing at. I could have answered it myself since there was Noone else to do it. Called the first number again and was told by the guy that answered that he was in the bathroom and would be here soon :-/ The door to our room was ajar when we got there. The linens were clean, the floors and bathroom fixtures were not. There was a dried up contact lens on the floor. The sink fixture had toothpaste splattered on it and the bathroom fixtures had soap scum. I would leave pictures, however the app will not allow me to do so. The bed was comfortable enough. We were tired and needed sleep. Also, the shower was hot. When I shared the concerns with the person at checkout they seemed receptive, but we will not stay here again.

The room was clean and the check-in was quick and painless. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but not the best either. The pool needed more TLC, but the room was fine. Finding parking in the area my room was in wasn’t possible, quite inconvenient.

The room had a shower that didn't drain and the shower head was messed up. When we called to the front desk they did come to the room to unclog the drain and fix things but they shouldn't be messed up in the first place. The bath tub was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and when I spilt something on the floor the rag I wiped it up with came up dirty from the floor. Also, you could see they were working on trying to improve the place but they painted or something and didn't replace the base boards. When I went for ice I had to walk through a dirty hallway to an ice maker that didn't work and so had to go to the other building to get it. Probably would not recommend this place even though the staff was wonderful.

Parts of the room were dusty (top of refrigerator and microwave). Needs a little paint. Bed was comfortable and towels are good. Pet friendly floor is wonderful. Very good for the price.

Each year, for the past 4 years, we have come to stay here for the Utah Shakespeare Festival and have consistently enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is very good but this time was different. We had ants in both of the rooms, 102 and 103 and in 103 my daughter ended up with a number of bites from BED BUGS. I hate to say this but we will never stay here again. Upon returning home, we discovered a review written 2 months ago about the same problem. Sleeper beware!!!

Very quiet area. Our room was large-which was nice but was not very clean. The fire alarm was hanging out of the wall (we called to have it fixed but was told the maintenance man had left for the evening). Fan in the bathroom was a hole in the ceiling. The baseboards were missing in the whole room. Key card did not work the second day.We will not be staying here again.

Pool area was trashed and pool water looked nasty, had hair balls and other unrecognizable floating objects. Hot tub was closed the whole time. Room had stains on the walls. sink and bathroom looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned in quite some time. Our rooms information folder said breakfast was from 7 to 10 so we went at 9, but they had closed the breakfast an hour earlier with no prior warning.

Awful experience, I got charged 6,95$ for no reason whatsoever at 3:16 am. I complained about it to the staff, that only kept pushing my request a day at the time, until I ran out of time, I’ve left the hotel on Wednesday, on complained on Tuesday, and we are Saturday.
Not only that, but the sink and the shower drain weren’t working properly and clogged ! Water would go up and up.
The floors were so dirty that my socks within minutes of walking in were black under.
And the staff, would have calls at night in the parking lot, right in front of the rooms, and would be loud for hours.
To this day I have no information about my refund, and the last time I called, they just hung up on me. Making this place to me one of the most unprofessional hotel I ever stayed in.
I do not recommend this hotel.

For the price it was excellent. The room was very acceptable. The tub showed age but was very clean. Some deep cleaning would be good like on the bathroom door trim, but everything critical was very clean

The room was fine and clean. The bed was comfortable. It looked like the room was being remodeled as all of the floor boards had been ripped off and there was a smell of new plastic floors. the breakfast was dry and not eatable. the fitness room was locked. When opened we found the AC had shorted out and the two treadmill’s tracks were loose and too dangerous to use without injury. it is a fine place to stay overnight if you are passing through.

There were several little things with the room that would cause me to skip this place next time. Shower drain plug would not fully open, had to prop up with a little bar of soap for water to drain. Dead bug on shower curtain. Showerhead was in need of replacing and did not spray well. Laminate floors turned the bottom of my feet black, you could tell that floor has not been mopped in awhile. TV had no connection, after troubleshooting the cable was unhooked from wall. Would not stay at this location again. Cleanliness was not a priority.

Both towels were dirty so I had to get new ones. The room had at least two bed bugs so we left and are now trying to get a refund via expedia. The guy at the front seemed indifferent and like he didn't care.

The room had good air conditioning. It was clean. Beds were made and the floor was clean. The only problem I had was the shower didn’t have a shower curtain. Don’t know why anyone would want to steal it, but it had none. I would go to this hotel again. I had it for a night and it was safe.

For the age and quality of room, I would expect to pay half the rate we paid. It was older, bare bones, toilet *kinda* flushed, kinda not. The front desk person was MIA when we checked in just before midnight . When he finally showed up he was nice and helpful. It was nice that there was a mini fridge in the room, and the breakfast was fine.

Staff was rude at check in. The room we were given was still under going a remodel so baseboards weren’t on and there were holes everywhere. Very little water pressure at the sink when you would use it. We couldn’t even secure our door since there was no chain or anything other than the deadbolt which opened with the door knob. The food was beyond horrible. Wasn’t warmed up and tasted like plastic.
