The room was very clean, bed a little uncomfortable. The only surprise was the breakfast We have stayed at multiple Hampton Inns and this breakfast was not up to par.

Overall it was great but at 6:15am we were unable to sleep because doors were slamming left and right.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was great; we walked everywhere, including Fourth St Live, Whiskey Row, NuLu, and the Big 4 Bridge. I liked the vibe in the lobby/bar/breakfast area. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nothing fancy about the rooms, but it was okay for our needs. My only criticism is that the bed was not very comfortable and the pool was closed.

Hotel was nice and clean, a good breakfast and bar area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is having to pay to park in the hotels lot. Should be included in your hotel cost.

We really enjoyed our trip. The Hampton was within walking distance to some great restaurants and another hotel where our meetings were held. There was a hot breakfast which changed daily.

the hallway on second floor was filthy. Try cleaning the carpet once in a while. The carpet in the room was filthy. Out socks were black on the bottom after a few hours walking without our shoes on. Breakfast was ok. Staff was courteous. Location was good.

I’ve tried to contact anyone who gives a rip about our disappointment with room #308, to no avail. In fact, if anyone truly cares they may contact me. I’m not going to elaborate here. We will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

We were told we would get 10% off food in the hotel restaurant only to be told by bartender they didnt serve food. So that was a bit disappointing

Unfortunately due to a death in the family we were unable to come to Louisville. We have never had to cancel before and never before pd to cancel so Hampton made money off us because they said policy is policy! That's fine we know who to avoid next time! Its sad there wasn't a refund due to the circumstances!

This was my 4th time at the Hampton Inn on Jefferson over 10 years, so I’ve been here a time or two.
The positives: great breakfast, downstairs bar/extras selection, convenient to Yum Center/4th Street/convention center/interstate access, security was good.
The not so positive: my room had a very stale smell which I hope was isolated to that room, and felt it could use a refresh/clean on carpet. The new $15/night to park was also unexpected on this trip.
Bottom line, I would stay here again but hope they can sort a few issues and update.

Broken toilet that was never fixed. Room smelled musty. Was sprayed. But spray failed to cover up the bad smell. Desk staff was not terribly helpful.

It was a pleasant stay until the last day when we were ready to drive back home to find our car was broken into and the ignition key was destroyed. We had to have the car towed and get to a repair shop to get it started. Lost an entire day and had to drive home with a broken window and had to deal with some rainstorms.

My fiancée and I were in town for a music festival & this was conveniently only a couple blocks away! Staff was super friendly and the free breakfast is always a plus. Plenty of parking as well

The room smelled gross and stale, broken outlets, non working USB’s. Only one door works to enter facility, so parking was not convenient. Pool shut down, witnessed a homeless person just walk in and use the facility. Never again

There was a cockroach in my room and I saw one downstairs near the breakfast area. Not the best area of town.
