Beautiful view of the harbour. It was our 25th anniversary and we had ordered wine and chocolates but they did not arrive until 5pm just as we were leaving for dinner so we did not get to enjoy them.
Then at midnight until 2am the smoke detector kept chirping. We do not smoke so no clue why it was going off. Called the front desk who moved us 2 doors down for the rest of the night.
For the price, we were disappointed.

Thr room was lovely, bed & pillows were so comfortable, view was spectacular although our balcony was tiny & had no were to sit. The restaurant downstairs was nice for a couple drinks outside in the afternoon & again when we returned to the hotel that night. Would stay again.

We enjoyed all elements of our stay. The staff made us feel extremely welcomed not only at check-in, but throughout our whole stay. The location is fantastic, with great views, and easy access to Victoria's beautiful downtown.

Absolutely fantastic stay - we could not fault the hotel in any way.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everywhere was beautifully clean and tidy, inside and out.
And the restaurant.... just amazing, both dinner and breakfast.
Definitely looking forward to a return trip.

Highly recommend. The inn is well situated with great views over the bay, also convenient for walking around the waterside. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the restaurant is very good and the room is very comfortable.

The staff were pretty great, the morning guy was kinda grumpy, didnt want to grab my car. We found a pad under the tissue box in the bathroom. The good was great. The view was beautiful

The hotel is lovely, clean with excellent accommodating staff. The location of this hotel is fantastic in that it is convenient/accessible to the action while still being quiet for sleeping in.

Inn at Laurel Point was good, staff were friendly, views were nice and the location was great as we walked everywhere. The negatives were older rooms showing their age (we were in the Laurel wing), small pool and no outdoor hot tub and expensive in our opinion.

We had a really good stay. The room was really nice. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is adding a towel rack outside the shower.

The start of our stay was rocky. They were alerted of the fact, and more than made up for the issue. Excellent customer service. The highlight was was beautifully written note written to me on our departure. Really touching.

The location is close to area attractions, shops and dining if walkability is on your list. The water views are lovely and there's quick access right out the hotel front door to a pathway for wonderful walks around the harbour. Very clean and also friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back!

The staff was great, the room was as expected. Great location. Particularly, nice is the outdoor patio as a part of the restaurant. Great place for a drink and watching the harbor. The fitness center is minimal (but I'm a bit of a fitness junky and need something well equipped). The pool is indoor only but would be nice for an outdoor option but those are rare in the area.
