I like the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and location. I didn’t like that my heat didn’t work in my room and the sight of a roach in my room.

It was quiet. There are restaurants and shopping near by. It's close to the interstate

The property is very old and needs to be renovated and there's a stank odor coming from the hallway carpet. Also there's no security patrolling the parking lot, but they have several signs posted outside stating park at your risk. If this info was provided on the website, I would've never booked this hotel. The room that was given to me 306 the ceiling in the room and bathroom looks like it's about to cave in smh.

The room and I really needed repair and upgrading. The restaurant in the lobby closed before 8pm. Kind of disappointed

This was a great place to stay

My stay overall was pleasant aside from the fact that someone stole money out of our bag while we were in the lobby checking in and they were not cooperative with allowing us to find out if the person who took our money was still within the hotel I did formal police report and even then they would not view the cameras to see if the person who reached into our bag was still on the premises so that was very disappointing I lost a lot of money and all I got was an additional complimentary meal for breakfast I didn't feel like that compensated the amount of money that was stolen the room had a broken faucet at the sink and the hot and cold a pleak was missing was in the shower so I did initially burn myself because the direction I thought to make the water cooler was not correct other than that it was clean the beds are super comfy the cleaning stuff was super friendly and I would stay again but I know now to keep all of my bags on my body at all times

Bathroom was dirty and had many patches in walls. Bed was good. Property advertises free coffee in lobby in the mornings, not the case, $3.24. Paid for it, but don’t promote it.

Professional & Caing Staff

I always stay at this property because the staff is very nice.

Parked in the parking lot and vehicle was stolen overnight. Hotel is average and cleanliness ok. Area is fairly nice but not exempt from thieves.

The lady who was manning the area where the food was during breakfast and the gentleman at the desk during check in was great as well.

We have been traveling on a road trip for over a week, and this was the best stay that we have had so far. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the room was great. The only little thing was that the water in the shower was almost too hot and I couldn’t figure out how to get it a little cooler. But we would definitely come back!

No hot water a required deposit wasn’t known in advance. Poor cleaning service

Used to be a good hotel. But day by day its quality is degrading. Lift is very dirty, the rooms are not properly cleaned and so on.

We are shocked that Holiday Inn has put their name on this particular property. It's a dump and just gross.

Everything was good. Staff however needs an attitude check up.

Great stay room was very clean and front desk gentleman were very helpful,welcoming and respectful.

The morning before check out, we realize they were cockroaches on the room everywhere that was the worst of all the bathroom walls. Not sure if it was mold or dirty I report that the first day with a nonworking TV as well
