Parking was a little rough but we always found a spot it was very tight with all the trucks but the staff was nice and they let us check in super late leaving from another hotel. I appreciated this stay so much and all of the staff was super nice.

Remove the smell of the elevators and clean the rooms better

DO NOT STAY HERE! This Holiday Inn does not even have coffee in the lobby for the guest. They charged us $15.00 for a microwaved breakfast which included ONE cup of coffee that tasted like mud. The egg with cheese was like rubber. The sausage was not edible. They gave us a prepackaged cold pastry which was the best thing on the menu. The only good thing was the staff who were super nice!

Hallway and room smells wet and moldy. Carpet in room dirty , bathroom had long hair on shower walls, area behind the toilet was scary because it had a hole that they tried to patch up. I asked for teo extra face towels but I couldn’t get them until I gave housekeeping two used face towels.

Good service. From the front desk to the cleaning staff.

This is not what I was used to in a holiday inn. The air conditioning unit is old and loud, floor was dirty, white and grey paint job bled into each other. The staff was amazing.

The bathroom was out of line. Toilet wouldn’t completely flush and the tub didn’t drain properly at all. Also check out is at 11 but housekeeping banged on my door at 9 AM AND tried to just walk in by the way. She kept trying to ask if I was leaving or staying but there was a language barrier when I said “what is the check out time because you’re here at 9am” smh. Also the tv wouldn’t turn on because the outlet was like busted. I took pictures I wish I could post them here. I frequent Atlanta a lot and will not use this hotel ever again

We loved that once we were back at the property, we just walked to whatever activities we needed for the day. There was plenty of dining options as well as shopping right there. We felt safe, and never worried about walking, even in the evenings.

I stayed here about 1.5yrs ago, and had trouble checking in because the "system is down". I got a key went to my room and walked straight into a family who was in the room. I went down and got another key for a room that was not occupied and chalked it up to a fluke. Fast forward 1.5yrs same thing. I arrive late afternoon and see a line of people waiting. System is down. Eventually, I did get a key but putting up $100 cash guarantee. I went to the room and sure enough its occupied. Luckily the occupant had his interior door lock in place so I didn't burst in on him. Other little things like the elevator inspection being a few days out of date are not egregious, but collectively they are a bad sign. I would say this hotel is just poorly managed.
