This property is a bit tired and worn, but our room was clean and the staff were friendly

Love it! We had a full kitchen and was more than enough for our family of 4

It was not as nice as advertised. The hallways and facilities were dirty and sub par. The room was large but felt like a cheap motel. The people above our room were loud and up all night long. Don’t let the pictures fool you. There’s much better places for less money.

Staff at check in in we’re not very friendly . Dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay here and we just love this place. It’s in a perfect location with shopping and dining in walkable distance. The pool and hot tub are great (although the hot tub was down for maintenance for a portion of our stay). This was the second time they upgraded us to accommodate another vehicle. You do have to pay a daily parking fee but free parking is very difficult to find in this area. I love that they offer a different breakfast each day & the rooms we’ve stayed in had a full kitchen. Love this place and the will definitely return.

The room was clean and spacious for a family of four and a small pet. The free breakfast was also decent and convenient. The elevator is old and gave us a little scare though with the sounds it make when in it.

I am extremely grateful for this hotel, very comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from, the room was clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel was very cool because it is close to several restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach.

Great location

It is a great property to stay. I had stayed in 2022 October and had wonderful stay, that’s the reason I came back to this property.

Nice surprise

Nice quiet clean place the rooms are huge! Nice mountain vibes. Free breakfast was good.

We love our room, clean, spacious, close to the stores and restaurants, the pool was warm and nice, great complementary buffet, plus some activities like smoote night, or ice cream night, we enjoy the place, in general great!

Everything was great Minus the Smell in the Hall Areas and Stairs.

Got upgraded to the presidential suite, what a great surprise considering we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had our 20 month old with us as well & he loved all of the space. My husband & I most especially loved having our own private hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed & the breakfast buffet was a good bonus in the morning. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting in the Saloon. Such a great stay would definitely return & refer to family & friends of ours. 😀

It is a very good hotel. Super close to the heavenly shopping center. Two bedrooms are spacious and quiet with kitchen. Very convenient for family travels. The only problem is the pillow was found dirty. If you didn’t book long duration stay, you need to call the front desk for room service.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and patient. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was average. Rooms were spacies enough. I like that it had a kitchen with pots and pans to cook, fridge to store food & beverages. My issues were when my family & I arrived, one of the bathroom shower floors were disgusting. Looked like soap scum on the floor. Also, the entire flooors were very dirty. I had to constantly wipe my kids feet because they were black from all the dirt. The hotel staff should mop floors once in awhile. Also, the air vents were not secured at all. My 2 year old kept pulling it off. Anyways, I did love the hotel breakfast in the morning & also the Heavenly Village Gondola, ride goes right over the hotel. Kids, loved the pool and hot tube.

Guest services didn’t put our 2 rooms close together or in the same building. The lobby was warm. The spa didn’t heat up.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and every night they have a social event. We were there for s’mores and ice cream night so the kids had a blast. The rooms are a little older and we could hear the person upstairs walking back and forth the entire time lol. Otherwise we would comeback again.

The location and the vibe good. Staff friendly!

Prime area that close to everting. Property is outdated. Elevator is too old that is scary and small that we end up using stairs. The stairs are not continuously so once finish one level then need to find another one to go on next level. Spa is closed for no reason. Breakfast was just ok.

Property was nice and beautiful

Everything was great and the suites are stocked with everything we needed.

our check in was easy. We stayed in building 6. The room was nice and roomy, and the kitchen was big enough, however it looked like it was updated but the air conditioning did not work because it kept freezing up. They brought us a portable air conditioner that we had to vent through the sliding glass door, so we were unable to lock the door. I would have loved to be able to open the bedroom window, but it had no screen. The breaker to the microwave kept flipping off when I used the microwave and stove together. While the bed was quite comfy the bedspread was ripped, I always take it off any way. This room was a cob job put together to stick people far from out to state in, because they would have nowhere else to go. With all the minor stuff that went wrong, we did love the property and location was perfect. The pool area was nice to relax in. They did offer wine or ice cream from 4-5 each evening which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also a good one just enough to eat, it was perfect. Overall, I would give this property another try if I was ever in Lake Tahoe again.

What I liked most about this particular property was the convenience of being able to walk to Heavenly Village and not having to use the car for much of anything.

The property has been renovated since the last time I stayed there and the rooms are much better. It is a central and convenient location and having breakfast provided is appreciated. It appeared that I was given an upgrade to a larger room than I booked which was excellent. My only complaint is the parking fee to self park which this hotel did not have in the past. I received a text stating my parking fee was waived, but it did end up showing up on my invoice and I was charged for it. I also don’t understand how a resort fee covers breakfast, wifi etc, but the hotel advertises “breakfast included.” This seems contradictory.
