Comfortable hotel in great location for exploring Beaune by foot. Ample parking and electric car charging facilities (Tesla)

Out usual stop off en route south is well enabled by a simple comfortable stay at Mercure Beaune. Dinner was also goof if service a bit chaotic. Overall very good.

We had a very nice stay in a family room, with space for two adults and two babies.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
One remark is the quality of the restaurant, which is not great and a shame as the restaurant looks good.
Our food was overcooked and not pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was also mediocre, with overcooked sausages, a broken toaster and not enough food

Everything was fantastic except the beds are very very firm which made sleeping difficult for me. The hotel itself is excellent. Pool, food, location all perfect.

Great location near the town center in easy walking distance. But the best part is the secure parking within the hotel grounds - gates are closed at night. Smallish room, and efficient check in.

The front desk staff was Very helpful. We had a train schedule problem with a called taxi ride not showing up, they worked together & came up with a solution. Got to the train station in the nick of time. So Grateful!

The staff was welcoming and courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Jeff was especially kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel for a stopover, welcoming staff with a special shout-out to the barman.
Room was well equipped with everything you could need and a newly renovated bathroom.

An overall nice stay and experience at this hotel. Check-in was easy and service was friendly. We enjoyed sitting at the pool on a hot day, and being able to use to patio/lounge area outside. We did not travel by car, and it was an easy walk to the town center and train station. Climate control was good and kept the rooms cool.

Great location within easy walk(<10mins) from town centre. Tesla superchargers on site. Swimming pool. Great base to visit Beaune or as overnight stay as close to Autoroute.

The hotel itself is clean and modern, with good facilities and on-site parking. It’s location is unprepossessing and a bit difficult to find or get to, given Beaune’s one-way system outside the old ramparts, not helped by the fact that the gate to the car parking was closed at night: secure but misleading, as we missed the entrance as a result.

Litt å ta tak i her. Harde senger, dårlig renhold av basseng og veps i alt syltetøyet under frokosten. Hadde forhåndsbooket tre netter, men hadde byttet underveis om noe annet var ledig. Kan bli bra men det må gjøres en innsats.

Small but well laid out room with a decent shower. Hotel foyer and bar area attractive. However we had a poor night’s sleep as the room was way too hot and the aircon was either not working, or had been disabled. The only option was to open the window, which brought a lot of road noise.

Bath is too small for tall people. We arrived and didn't find the reception, and suddenly someone ran up to us with a lab top in her hand. An empty table in front seems to be the reception... Is this the new style??? We don't like it at all, doesn't look professional.

Room was good. Hotel allowed us to move our non-refundable booking and pay the difference which was fantastic. Only one member of staff at the bar who also did room service and our phone in the room didn't work so had to wait at the bar to order. Not the biggest deal and wait wasn't over 10 mins.
The toilet made loud noises / running water noises during the night after being flushed making it difficult to sleep and the coffee machine had a blaring green light on it.
The breakfast was great though, standard hotel buffets breakfast.
I would stay here again.
