No hot water to take shower in the morning. When reported to front desk all I got was sorry we will have someone look into it. Guest kept on slamming doors early in the morning, breakfast was mediocre. Customer service was good

Great location and price, Dee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything was well cleaned. The room looked older and could use a bit of cosmetic maintenance but they did a great job making it nice.

Our recent stay at the Ramada was extremely disappointing. Issues began immediately: our first room had a broken TV and spotty Wi-Fi, forcing us to relocate. This move took over an hour, and by then, our dinner was cold and the evening disrupted. The next morning, we found there was no hot water, requiring yet another room change. When I expressed frustration, the front desk staff were dismissive and even hinted we might be charged for using multiple rooms—despite these issues being the hotel’s fault. The final room wasn’t much better: towels and a trash can were missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the overhead light was broken. Worse, every room we stayed in felt poorly cleaned, which made us uncomfortable. Overall, this stay left us frustrated and disappointed. For the price, we expected much more. Given the multiple issues and lack of responsive service, we wouldn’t recommend this Ramada and hope management makes improvements to avoid this experience for future guests.

Lots of hot water, but needed better lightning for reading

No surprises here. Pretty much what I expected for the price paid. The property and room were clean and the staff were pleasant. The elevator noise was very evident in the room and conversations in the hallway, in the late night/early morning hours, were annoying. Beds were comfortable enough and the towels were relatively high quality.

First getting there I had another form to fill out. Lots of info they should have had already. Also bottom line said sign here that if room not cancelled with in 20 min of checking in then no refunds could be given. I walked in my room. Immediately knew I wasn’t staying. Firstly the hotel smelled of old wet carpet. My rooms carpet was the same with white spots on the ground. The tub was dirty. Hair was in it and room felt unclean. I wish hotels.com would display if the property is privately owned or corp.
