PROS: Front desk was friendly and helpful at both check in and check out.
The bed was a cocoon of comfort.
CONS: The common areas and hallways smelled musty. The coffee maker didn’t work.

Carpet was dirty, plugs didn’t work by the sink, toilet seat didn’t fit and no room service was provided had to ask for service.

The staff was wonderful, and the sheets were very soft, and the beds were super comfortable. However, the room was so damp that you didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The pool was closed, the computers were missing, I guess they had been stolen, so it was pretty rundown. still when you’re really only there for the night and you need a comfortable bed to sleep and it worked just fine.

Wasnt too bad of a stay. Next to a pizza place for convenience. Bed was a little firm for my liking. Staff was great, though, and it was a pretty clean room. Im not a frequent hotel booker so take my review with some risk when booking.

My stay was cut short - for the time that I was there everything went well, but I lost the value of 2 nights of overnight stay because of an issue that required me to leave. Unfortunately I was told that I could not obtain any refund of any amount for the stays that I could not use.

Suppose to be pet friendly room but pet able to get under bed. Booked a queen bed but felt it was a double. Bathroom floor was sticky and poor water pressure in the shower.

We went to our room and sat on one bed and it broke, went and got another room, and the whole hotel smelled like weed, my daughter seen a cockroach in the pool, beds was hard and rooms where partially clean

My Family reunion was schedule for Peoria this year. To make things easier for my grandmother we booked a room at the hotel with family and scheduled her roof repair. When we arrived we were refused a room because we live locally. I explained the situation to the front desk clerk as we had prepaid on Expedia. They still refused to give us a room stating it was the owner ‘s policy. When I asked to speak with the owner they said they could not give me that information and I could call the manager Monday. I will never book here again and if my 10 rooms reserved by our family had not already checked in they would have left as well.

The hotel doesn't let you stay if ur a local. I live in a different county 37 miles away. I book and pay for the stay. I get there and im told i cant stay. So with my 7 yeal old daughter 15 year old son and myself we have no room. Its over 24 hours later still no response on my refund. Drivers license need provided with address before purchase, so if there is a issue y dont get stuck paying for a room you cant have..

Tv didn't work. Staff did not know how to fix. Tub was slow to drain during shower.

We had to arrive after 8 p.m. Our prepaid 2-queen bed room had been given away, but we were given a 2-room suite with a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. So the substitute was ok and an improvement with 2 bathrooms. Facilities were reasonably clean. Pool was packed with screaming kids on a Saturday night. Thought there was supposed to be a hot tub, but never found. Overall, stay was satisfactory, and with a surprising gift of substitute suite.

The breakfast selection was perfect. But the room cleanliness needed to be a lot better. After checking around the room, I found a huge spider in its nest attached to the wall and ac unit. I was not surprised the cleaners did not notice it; all floor by the walls were hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. I showed the front desk the nest, and we were put in a different room. The room still looked half-heartedly cleaned, with dust and dirt buildup around the edge of the room. And the TV would change its volume. I hope this hotel can implement a better cleaning system with their rooms.

To begin. They treated my wife as an imbecile. We had just moved to out of state but had to come back one final time for a dance recital and move our daughter away. Since our driver license still had Peoria address, she was told she couldn’t check in. When my wife explained that we moved one week earlier, and couldn’t get a new DL yet, she was not spoken to with kindness or empathy, but with a person holding up a form saying it’s the rules. It’s policy. If it’s policy then make to clear, but I’ve never heard of a horrendous policy. Then to speak to my wife in such as way, like she was lying about not living there. How horrible to make her feel like a liar.

Advertised for a hot tub but there was none, no towels at the pool, not super clean

Room AC units are very loud. even when I stopped mine because of noise,neighbor machine s noise made me not able to sleep.

Wonderful, friendly staff here....My room was very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Nice set back property so feels secure. Good breakfast

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great each morning. All employees were professional and friendly.
Two out of three visits to the pool, there were no pool towels. It also seems as though locals used the pool but were not staying at the hotel as they knocked on the exterior door to be let in, instead of using a room key on the interior door. The pool water also seemed to be quite dirty from our observations and comparisons to other pools we frequent. It appeared that the pool filters may have been out of order.
Overall, a fair value and a some room for improvement. If on a tight budget, would consider staying again.
