This hotel was even nicer than the photos. We had an amazing stay and will be booking again for a future trip to Frankfurt. Highly recommend! Very comfortable beds and nice rooms.

I waited 10 min while staff was chatting at the front desk before they helped me. The woman at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful

Very good luxury hotel in the city center, one metro station away from the main train station. Close to shops, restaurants, old town and the river. Great place to stay but a bit pricey. Great customer service and helpful staff.

One of the best and most comfortable hotels in frankfurt. Also very well situated and a 7m walk to the main city area.

From check-in to check-out employees made every effort to make sure I was having a good stay. Room was spacious and clean and bed super comfortable.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay. We loved the hotel, the staff were fabulous and the location was excellent

They asked us to pay 35 euro per day on checking in if we wished to have breatfast. After 2 nights we saw that there was an offer of free breakfast on booking but we had to ask for this.

The only weak point was on arrival the bell man did not want to unload out luggage form the taxi. Never experienced that before in any hotel I have stayed before. For departure was perfect. I guess every facility has a suboptimal employee

Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Great location to walk to everything; especially close/walkable to luxury shopping and to the old town square. Valet Parking available and convenient. Dining options very good also within hotel. Metro is right outside also.

Super nice blend of classic architecture and refined modernities. They must have excellent management because everyone we encountered was very amiable and cared about their job. I will seek out their other properties for future travel.

The right place to visit Frankfurt, friendly welcome and a wonderful atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, the breakfast is not cheap but it’s very good and complete. Oscar is a fine restaurant with top service.

Gorgeous hotel in fantastic location. Our room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was a gem in downtown Frankfurt. A minute's walk away from the downtown river and town hall where many events are held. The staff allowed us to check in 5 hours early after we arrived on the train. Everyone who worked there went out of their was to help carry bags, give directions or share stories about the city of Frankfurt. I believe the hotel was in operation in the mid 1800's so theres plenty of history, which the hotel displays proudly. There were some cleanliness issues with the bathroom (some stains on the tile, broken drain in the bathroom) but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. The king bed was extremely comfortable, there was a fan and the rooms are huge. Water pressure was fantastic. The staff was extremely nice and spoke a variety of languages.
