Upon arrival there were roaches in the bathroom. They did move us to a different room. Did not see bugs in there but the ceiling was pealing off

Hotel was clean and staff was great but room a bit noisy. Refrigerator and ac unit were a bit loud. Also could here any noise in hallway and my room was right by elevator.

Just needed a place to crash and brush my teeth after going to a comedy show at Mc Goobys joke house. was good enough for that, I didnt expect the Hilton....

The front desk clerks were amazing at check in. The room was very clean.

Property was quite clean. Breakfast had very good options and considerably cheaper if you were to go out and eat. Conveniently located with access to shops and gas stations around. Very quite. We had the east facing room on the top floor, so the morning sun view was the cherry on the icing.

The check in was exceptional. The Room was very neat and clean and the (Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner) were attached to the wall and easily accessible. The quality of the breakfast wasn't that great. The check out receptionist was very "cold", and the smell of Marijuana (Whether it's legal or not) should not be present in a NON-Smoking Hotel...

I was there for a family reunion. They knew well in advance that our family would be staying there and they did not properly prepare for the volume of us that were coming.
Not to mention, they had roaches in several rooms. Disgusting.
Also there were other large parties there and they just assumed it was our family causing the disturbances so the staff was not very friendly to us at all. They asked us to be quiet in the room they set aside for our family so we could help accommodate another large party. Why is that? We all paid for these services just like they did, so we shouldn’t have to be limited.
They also offered breakfast that you had to pay for but didn’t make enough food to accommodate how much they sold for, they only had 2 cooks.
I was very disappointed in my experience here. They need to plan better if they are going to have large parties staying at their hotel.

The room was clean and updated. The hotel connected to Chili’s which made the dinner decision easy. Good location close to 83.
Only negative was the filthy pool. It was full of leaves, dirt and clumps of hair.

It was very nice to get early check-in on Saturday. We loved the room. Very spacious and clean with an extra window since we had an end room. We just thought it was odd to not be able to get late check-out for Sunday when we checked in. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay! We agreed we will look for more Holiday Inn Express hotels in the future.

Check-in was easy. Room was okay. It worked for a one night stay. You can hear everything. There was a kid in the room above me that was running and jumping around until 1 AM. I called the front desk with a noise complaint around midnight.

We’ve stayed here year after year for surgery my wife has done. It’s usually a great and comfortable stay. This time beds were horrible. Staff was kind enough to move us but same thing. Like the springs were broken on the beds. Apparently the wheel chair we used to borrow was stolen and the $100 chair hasn’t been replaced for future use. A simple pen is no longer available in the room. Can’t say it was the worst but in 1 year this property has gone way down. We really like this place. We hope it comes back around to the place we’re used to visiting.
