Big room esp the suite, comfortable beds, quiet, nice gym, nice staff

Would have preferred daily room cleaning. Also drain in shower seems like it might be clogged as water didn’t always drain well.

No, free breakfast and double charged for the room.

Within driving distance of the Shore Leave convention. The staff was very accommodating. They gave us so many extra blankets, towels, pillows, coffee, cups.

The hallways are super hot n humid. Seems to be common for the hotels in the area. They probably want to save money on air conditioning.

Could have had a complimentary light breakfast. Coffee maker did not work

TV system was out for a number of hours Front desk told me on check in that room is cleaned every other day. Expecting this and never happened. when I inquired I was told “you are right, it looks like your portfolio (nothing I ever completed or was asked to complete) indicated no room cleaning. The trash was overflowing and the towels were dirty and the best I was offered was a free bottle of water. Also, while taking bags to the car, the lock on the room door became jammed in the locked position and was unable to secure the room

Nice, quiet location

Staff are friendly and the property is well maintained. We had a problem with our HVAC UNIT and the engineer (really nice gentleman) swapped it out in 15 mins. Fantastic.

The beds are VERY soft. Perhaps some people like that but we’re a little older and it left us somewhat achy and stiff in the morning. Perhaps a few rooms with firmer beds for those who request?
