It was really good but room had a musky smell

Room was spacious but the bathroom needed a refurb and the shower head was so low that you had to hold it to wash your hair. During the evening a guest was smoking weed by the stairs which came into our room.

Our stay over all was great. Breakfast should include more choices. Bedding comforters should be a little thicker for warmth.

We picked this hotel because it was near the airport & we were just staying overnight before our cruise. We found in clean & comfortable, what we were looking for. I subtracted some stars due to front desk not instructing us correctly how to get to the shuttle service at the airport, I had to call 3 times & wasted an hour waiting for their shuttle. After a day of travel that wasn’t pleasant. Once we got to the hotel, the same staff lied about our reservation being incorrect & blamed hotels.com. They charged me twice for one room, told me hotels.com did this when it was charged by them. I had to get hotels.com involved to get my double charge taken care of, hotels.com does not charge you the actual hotel does. So although it was clean & comfortable, please watch your charges.

The people is good, but I ve change room 3 times, bathroom doesn’t work, others things doesn’t work. The terrible hotel

Nancy at the front desk was incredible. We ended up needing an early check in and she took care of us without a problem. The rooms were clean but does need a little maintenance. The beds are a little hard for my taste but not messed up.

It was great our stay in this hotel. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was good. Also on every 1 hour they provide transportation services to the MIA.

we had just gotten off a cruise so we got there real early and they were able to get us a room. And took very good care of us.

Terrible. There are truckers on the compound which makes it noisy.

It was ants everywhere in the whole room went to the front desk to complain nothing was done if I could rate it. A zero I would very disappointed

Shuttle service could be better, especially when going to the airport they need to see the importance of getting the guest there on time, other than that i enjoy enjoyed my stay.

The shuttle service was timely.

When I paid for a first class round-trip ticket, to get to Miami and I get into a hotel room, that room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave. I’m a disabled veteran, and I needed cold water and I was in the back of the property, nowhere near the front of the property where you could get any amenities, even if you wanted to. There was also blood stains on my comforter and I didn’t notice it until the third night I was there, and talk about breakfast, you couldn’t even get anything because everybody else was local and lined up, so each day I had to go out and eat breakfast; lunch and dinner, for the remaining time that I was there. This was totally unsatisfactory, at least you could’ve had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Some people had those amenities, and most of them probably flew coach, and yet I didn’t have these amenities! Not to mention the loud noises during late nights, and also there was gunfire today 8 September 2024, around 4:45 AM, myself and another resident was getting ready to go to the airport and there were people arguing right on the property, as we heard those shots! Ask your concierge, because he heard it too!

Spent on nite on my to the Caribbean and on return, I'll book them again. I love the service.

I didn’t have a mini fridge nor a microwave! Parking was horrible! It seems like there was not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms they had! Then all the parking spaces were designed for smaller vehicles, except handicapped parking!

The only thing missing in the rooms were frige…. Everything els was 👍👌

The room was clean. The staff nice and polite. It was not far from the airport and the port of Miami.

The Front desk clerk Nancy was very helpful with any questions we had.
