We liked the room; it was a good size and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very spacious. They offered good breakfast options. The hotel has good parking, and it is close to the Dolphin Mall, so it is a good location.

We took this room because it offered a nice extra bed for my son, but when we arrived, his bed was not made, and when we requested it to be made, they left it half-done. I had to go downstairs to get a duvet, and they had no pillows; luckily, I found one in the wardrobe, but it had no pillowcase.

Had issues with 3 different rooms, they do not clean them well at all . For as nice as they are decorated you would thing they would take better care of the rooms

My reservación was not showing in one of their systems but they had me booked on another then they charged me 2 different amounts on my card and provided a bill for a completely different charge.

Walking in the building and surrounding area was very clean. The front staff was very welcoming. We checked into our room, the room was very nice, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this property.

Subpar breakfasts

We were placed in a room by elevator where you could hear the elevator motor very loudly. Requested another and none available with king beds we were told yet hotel NOT busy at all. Told to come down will all luggage to lobby which is ridiculous. Put in room with 2 queens. I believe it's an issue with booking third party, happens to me with hotwire. You get lousiest rooms. Don't be shy to ask for other but then you might get this treatment.

Great location and beds were comfortable

The breakfast could have been a little better and the eggs were nasty and not brought out at the same time as the other food items. You could use a waffle station as well but I do understand that covid is still a thing.

The couch and ottoman in my room were stained a little and the refrigerator wouldn't stay on and cold. I had to push a button to get it cold but that didn't last the entire time I was in the room and beverages kept getting warm.
